We purchased the deal on Angie's List. Then we called to see what to do about the fact that our needs would take longer than the time allotted. I learned later that we were out of area, and that my husband was "kind of insistent on the phone that he come out anyway" since we had purchased the deal. Harvey arrived right on time. He had me show him what I wanted done and what materials I had, There were a few things I didn't have for the plumbing, so he got to work on the other things while I ran to Lowe's to get the missing items. He gave me a list and his cell number in case I had problems. We had a tiny room with the washer and dryer in it. On the other side of the wall was a larger but weirdly shaped room that wasn't much use for anything. We had decided to turn around the plumbing and relocate the washer and dryer to the larger room (that had a window) and use the small room as a pantry. Harvey took care of the plumbing and now I just have to patch the drywall and then do paint touchup and I have a new laundry room. He had to do the plumbing that entailed, as well as some electrical outlets in the room; and of course put up the new light. I'm excited to do laundry in a bright room for a change! Harvey also did the lights I mentioned above. When he ran in to a problem with the lights I had purchased for over the island he called my husband and they decided how to handle the situation. I had had to leave for a Dr. appt. and the son I left at home didn't have design decision authority. I was glad to come home to a finished project and not to one left midway. Harvey did great work. He was quick and adept. I have watched my husband and father do similar work so I knew enough to see that he was doing a thorough and complete job. He also turned the water and electricity back on before he left. I would definitely hire him again if we lived in his real work area, and if we weren't fixing up the house so we can move. I would definitely recommend him without any hesitation.

Harvey is awesome. I bought a coupon deal on Angie's list and with 24 hours he had arranged a time to work on my project. He was thorough and offered a variety of solutions. He's awesome!

I called a couple of electricians from Angie's list, Harvey not only called me back that day, but he ended up being the only one to call back! I needed my kitchen and dining room lights to get repaired as the circuit breaker tripped and they never returned power. It was not an emergency as we have plenty of other light sources in that area, and I let Harvey know that, thinking hopefully he can fit us in the following week. He called back again later that night after his initial call back and was able to fit us in the next day! Really unexpected! Harvey called to let us know when he was en-route and was right on time. After asking us a few questions to see if that gave any clues to what happened, he quickly went to work troubleshooting going from outlet to outlet and finally finding the bad switch. He was able to restore power and narrowed down the real problem which we will definitely have him come out and fix....when we rip up the bathroom floor above the bad switch. No worries we were going to remodel that bathroom this month anyway. He also does plumbing and offered some great advice for that project too. All in all Harvey was awesome and I can't wait to work with him again!

Everything went fine. He called the same day I purchased the deal and was able to come the next day. He spent quite a bit of time to track down where the noise was coming from. I really liked his personable approach and he did not give up until he found it. I would recommend him to others.

We found Harvey on Angie's List and used a coupon for his services. We asked for home repairs needed as part of a home inspection report in order to sell our house. Harvey was very professional, did both electric and plumbing repairs correctly and billed us with a nice looking invoice. As luck would have it, during the buyer's final walkthrough inspection on a Saturday morning they found our home to have no heat and a leaking valve from the upstairs bathroom that caused a very large wet spot on the kitchen ceiling. We called Harvey in a panic. He told us he would come out right away ON A WEEKEND to help up. He did the plumbing repair and helped with the heat. He was very quick, accommodating and he was positive in a situation we could only see negativity. We can't speak highly enough for Harvey's services and would recommend him to family and friends. AAA from us..... He's a good person to have on your speed dial phone for services!

Perfect! The provider arrived to the minute of our appointment time, got immediately to work, and had our lights back on in no time. He did a thorough diagnosis and explained everything he was doing to us. We would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone. On Jan 2014, I had purchased a deal from Ramer LLC for $66 for a service call plus 1 hour of work. On the same day of purchase, I was contacted by Mr. Ramer via Angieslist asking for my contact info. The next day, Saturday, we had a phone consultation, and I described to him what's needed to be done. Mr. Ramer came on time despite of the polar vortex deep freeze weather and coming from a far driving distance. After studying the issue, he needed to buy a copper drain pipe. He came back relatively quick. The work done was beautiful and very satisfying. He's a good guy to work with and I will definitely consider using him again for future plumbing needs. The cost is very reasonable and that's always an important factor for me. Work was completely in 2 hours. Because of the purchased deal, I was only charged one extra hour plus parts.

He was punctual, kind, hard-working, came in & knew what problem was right away, and cleaned up after himself. Left everything 100 percent!!!!

He called and he was prompt to work with. Ramer has been to our home repeatedly and they have replaced a water heater and relocated electrical conduits in the past. They have replaced a heating and air conditioning system in the past. The service has been perfect. They have been on time and they have stuck with the cost that was quoted on each visit. He does exceptional work and he is excellent at what he does.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Harvey is a mechanical engineer so we discussed him returning to provide annual HVAC maintenance. In addition, he is environmentally conscious and we discussed some smart home technology he could install and set up.

I had Harvey replace 3 patio doors in my home. He did an excellent job. Prior to that he put a roof on to our open deck and screened it in. We love our screened in porch. Mr. Ramer is an excellent carpenter. Oh, I forgot he also redid my counter top with new Formica... We also have a river lot. Mr. Ramer converted an old pontoon boat into a float porch. This is something to look at too. The cost of service is not included in the number I entered above. I would give Mr. Ramer 5 Stars...

Fast response time two days before christmas! Harvey was able to provide service within 2 hours after I called him. We had a broken valve on a shower faucet that was in the on position and couldn't be stopped unless we shut off the water in the whole house. With family coming over christmas day, we were afraid we would have a real problem on our hands if we couldn't get a plumber before christmas. No worries, Harvey fixed it.

He put 4 new light fixtures in my garage. He sweep the garage and cleaned up which was greatly appreciated. He was a little slow calling back but that could be because he was busy. Once he contacted me things went well. I would highly recommend.

Mr. Ramer responded to my purchase by email the same night. He followed up with a phone call the next day to arrange a date to preform the work. We set a day and time, and he was very prompt. He preformed the work efficiently and correctly.
