He came out the very next day after I called him, looked at the needed repair, gave us an excellent price and then quickly made the repair. Courteous, respectful and very reasonably priced. Was a great find!

Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price.

We've used WG in the past and had great experiences, and this time was no different. Greg got back to me the same day and set up a time that week to come out for an estimate. He went over all of the available options, what would work best, what wouldn't, etc. The end price was more than reasonable and worth every penny. The crew that came to replace our roof were on time (early, actually) and got right to work. They were extraordinarily polite and courteous. They took the time to make sure all of the bushes and flowers were protected before even going up to work. They cleaned up as they went, too, and the yard and driveway were totally free of any debris and nails when they were finished. The end result looks great and we know it will last.

Called him a week later requesting estimate. No response. Wasted his time to come out and inspect then wouldn't provide estimate or return calls. It's things like this that drive people to Home Depot for roofing and siding.

I called Greg and he had his gutter contractor out for an estimate the next day. We had them replace approx. 90 feet of gutters and all downspouts. We've used WG in the past, and they are always reliable, affordable, and on time. Their work is top notch, too. The crew showed up and replaced all of the gutters and downspouts within 2 hours. We will definitely be using WG again.

Greg and his team were excellent to work with. At our first meeting, Greg arrived on time and was very patient in answering each and every one of our endless questions very throughly as he examined the exterior of the house. It impressed us that during that examination he pointed out items we had never considered and made very helpful recommendations (i.e. Your garage doors are angled at the top corners and block the garage door windows - would you want them reframed squarely when we replace the trim work? You don't have any trim where your porch ceiling meets the brick, would you want that - it would look cleaner?). He also noticed that since we had replaced our windows prior to having the siding done, they hadn't flashed them properly and we should consider addressing that, and discussed the various siding options available and the pros and cons of each. Greg was timely in getting a quote to us, pricing out a variety of options and all were reasonable (especially flashing the windows). After approving certain options and the quote, Greg's communication was also timely and consistent. Upon the start of our job, his crew showed up on time, was very courteous, and cleaned up each day. They had to replace several areas of plywood and properly flashed our windows, in addition to replacing the siding. They framed everything from spigots to light fixture boxes and trimmed everything else nicely too. Our job did get behind schedule, but that was due to Mother Nature's decision to bring rain every single day. What impressed us was that Greg's crew showed up anyway, did what they could, and even worked in the rain to make sure the house was appropriately protected if siding had been removed and would be exposed to the weather. At the end of the job, we noticed a few items that didn't seem quite right (i.e. our bay window was trimmed slightly different on either side as two different crew members had worked on it). Upon notifying Greg of those items, he had his team out the next day and they addressed each one. It's now been a year since our siding was replaced. We opted for the insulated vinyl siding with the wider plank and not only does it look fantastic, we have been thrilled with its performance. We've gone from being one of the least energy efficient homes in our neighborhood to one of the most, and all we changed was the siding. No more drafty outlets, the house holds its heat, and after coming home from the Easter break on an 80 degree day, we thought we would be walking into a sauna. Instead our house was still a comfortable 71. That would not have been the case with our old aluminum siding. The only minor negative is that we were told it will be years until we have to worry about replacing any of the solar seal they used on the trim edges, but it is turning from clear to a yellowish, although maybe that is to be expected - it is holding up otherwise so far. All in all, we are very pleased with our siding, Greg, and his team. Greg is very knowledgable, he and his crew did everything they said they would, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent, Work was professional and timely.

Greg is very professional. I called him for an estimate on a Thursday, and he came Saturday morning. He helped me choose an appropriate skylight and wrote out all the specifications I needed to submit to our association for approval. (My wife and I chose a Vellux skylight with a hand-crank vent and a solar-powered shade.) Work was done timely and as promised. Clean-up was perfect.

Terrible. I used them for roofing work (and gave them an A rating), and they said they could do interior work. It was a disaster. A 5 year old child could have done better work. Now I have to hire a professional to fix it. They need to stick to roofing. Going outside the work you know is not a good idea. I will not use them again for either. They just wrecked my house.

A+++++ Totally recommended!!!!, Use WG Siding and Roofing you will not regret this decision! Gregory was the first of 5 contractors that I asked to quote the job. He can and did a very thorough estimate. He spent close to 45 minutes measuring, inspecting and explaining the job. He climbed onto all roofs and measured and inspected. He went inside to see the leaking areas, He went into the Attic to inspect the insulation that we had in there. Due to his thorough inspection we new that some decking would need replacement, he built a price for each sheet of plywood that would have to be replaced into the job. He fully explained everything to me and my wife, he helped us select the perfect color and shingle type to match our stone. "You always match the stone, you can paint the wood" He price was the best of the 3 prices that I got, 2 of the contractors still have not responded to quote. Once we agreed to go forward his son came over and explained the job again and took a 1/3 deposit. 2 weeks later the permit was approved and the called to schedule the install, I was leaving for California for a business trip and wanted it done before I left, they were willing to do the Job on a Saturday. During the removal of the shingles and the rotten decking, it was discovered that rafters were rotten. Gregory and his team developed a plan to fix it by removing the rotten material and nailing Sister rafters next to every single rafter on the front of the house. This was literally every single rafter. This set back his teams timeline for at least 4 hours to fix this. They did a beautiful Job with this carpentry. They replaced all the decking and put all 4 roofs on Saturday. His team was very careful to tarp and protect our things and did a very careful job. Their workmanship was second to none. They came back to do counter flashing on Sunday because it got too dark to finish that on Saturday. I was very happy with their workmanship and we happened to have a very heavy rain right after they finished. Of course there were no leaks and it was wonderful. As I waited for the bill I expected a 2K-3K price increase for all the extra carpentry work. What I got was a very fair itemized bill with $340 for the sheets of plywood as quoted, and only 580$ for fixing every single joist on the front of our roof. I can not recommend them highly enough. Great workmanship! Great cleanup! Experienced craftsman! Hard working! Friendly! Very Fair!

Greg was great. I had tried to get a quote from some other companies, and WG was the first one that I felt was accurate for the amount of work needed. Greg was very informative and gave me several options and his opinion on what would work best, which is what we ended up going with. He responded immediately to any questions and made the process very smooth. All of the guys working for him were polite and courteous, and very professional. We couldn't be happier with our new siding.

It went completely great. He addressed the situation and did the repair. Left to make a soffit replacement and returned to repair. Very much appreciated the quick responsiveness. Did not want these pieces falling off to do any damage and he responded immediately.

Greg did a check of the roof. No problems were noted. He took pictures to show me the problems was not with the roof but with the heating vent that extends out on top of roof. He sealed the hole for a temporary fix and informed me to get a person that could replace the vent. Even though my roof was under warranty I thought it very considerate of Greg to take pictures and seal the hole to prevent any more water stains in the ceiling. It is always so satisfying to have contractors who go beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is satisfied. Gregory also sent me the pictures so I can be able to show them to the contractor I will hire for the job.

Contacted W & G Siding & Roofing, Inc. to inquire about replacement of two shingles that had come off of the corner of the garage and what the cost would be, and if he was willing/able to do the work. The owner, Mr. Greg W. took my call and information, told me what he would charge, which was very reasonable. He said he could do the work that same afternoon. He ended up being able to/needing do the work earlier in the day. He called to ask if he could move the work up, to which I agreed. He arrived on time, assessed the re-usability of the fallen shingles, assessed the area needing replaced, observing that additional existing shingles edges were also loose, not attached and could come off as the other two had. He replaced the shingles, nailed down the edges of the loose shingles and sealed/caulked appropriately. It didn't take long. Mr. Greg was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and honest. The cost was very reasonable. Prompt performance of the work was excellent. (I had called another company, who had quoted me a price 3 times more, and could not get to it for a week) I highly recommend contacting W & G Siding and Roofing for your home needs. I would not hesitate in the least to use their services again, even if their quote was not the lowest for the job. Finding a good honest contractor is golden.

Greg was very professional and honest about the job to be performed, he went out of his way to be at the house the next day (Sunday). The service was performed quickly and professionally and he was very courteous.

The owner came out to inspect the job, gave a fair estimate and was punctual. He gave us a tentative date for the work, he called the night before and said he'd be out at 8:00am that next morning. He came on time, showed his staff exactly what needed to be done and finished the job in 2.5 hours. We were very impressed with his work and professionalism and will definitely use his services again.

We were thrilled with the results. Gregory is very easy to work with, gave an detailed quote and promptly answers phone calls and emails. His crew is hardworking and did a wonderful job. I can't say enough about Lukas, the foreman. If Gregory wasn't onsite, Lukas was, and they both kept us informed as to the timing of the job. They all work very long days to get the job done. We are highly satisfied and have already recommended Gregory to two friends, one of whom has already called him for an estimate.

Greg the owner did contact me quickly. he came out to see the problem and he fixed the stucco areas that were damaged and caulked areas again. He said his painter would contact me about the repairs around the windows that were damaged. The painter also contacted me in a timely manner. The only reason I said I probably would not use them again is because I used a different company to replace more windows and I will probably use the new company to install all the rest of my windows.

Gregory initially proposed using SImonton BrickMold 600 new construction windows because of the 1/8" thicker glass the Brickmold have than the Reflexions 5500 windows. For the slight additional cost Gregory quoted me, I was willing to consider this. Unfortunately, the Brickmold only come with nailing fins; I had 4 windows that were set in brick (the rest in siding), so to use the Brickmold would involve removing the nailing fins, which unfortunately voids the warranty. So Gregory proposed doing the installation as the more labor intensive new construction install with the Reflections 500 windows with the nailing fins (these windows can be installed either with or without the nailing fins without voiding the warranty). I checked with my neighbor, who happens to be a retired estimator for another roofing/windows company, who agreed that using the nailing fins with the Reflexions 5500 windows wherever I had siding and not brick was the preferred method of install. For the price Gregory quoted me, he was equal to or less than the other quotes I received, but he also included in the price replacement of two very difficult to access picture windows, including one that probably weighed 800+ pounds. He also agreed to cover the additional expense of any windows local regulations required to be upgraded to tempered glass (which turned out to include the octagonal window and the larger picture window) AND was willing to replace our old window sills (which were builder's grade clipboard-type material that had been damaged by moisture) for just the cost of the material. Lastly, he agree to both take down our mounting hardware for our blinds and put them back up when he was done. The work took nearly 3 days. Days started at 7 pm sharp and ended about 7:30 pm. Gregory's foreman, Lucas, was phenomenal. Besides taking extraordinary care to keep our house neat and to work around the nap schedule of a toddler, he was extraordinarily courteous and took time all along the way to tell us how each step would occur each day and to make sure their plans would not interfere with our daily activities. Gregory also noted our concern about our water damaged windowsills, so after removing the old ones, he placed waterproof material over the over framework, then brought in an outside master carpenter to measure, cut, and edge the new Certateed cellular PVC material he ordered for the new sills. The material, though very expensive compared to wood, has the feel and weight of wood, but is completely waterproof, and comes in white, so that I did not have to get the sills painted in the end. It should also be noted that all this went on while he was working with wedding preparations for his daughter! Definitely would use his company again.
