Linda Pera was terrific in helping us redesign our master bath and turn it from a major eye sore to a truly spectacular master bath. She also did a lot of the selection of materials, on her own, for the hall bath. Making tile choices can be overwhelming and Linda knew our taste so well by then, she did the selection for the hall bath and it turned out spectacular as well. They are so very neat and clean when they work. You would never know major work was being done unless you opened the bathroom door. They vacuumed the entire area at the end of every day. Doing rennovations can be stressful but they made it so easy. Her husband Tony did a terrific job with the plumbing and Del's tile design turned our bath into a spa. I can't say enough good things about them. I will say they are not cheap but the quality they provide is worth every penny. Yes, we could have cut costs by picking less pricey materials but then it would not have turned out as great as it did.
Description of Work: Had two full bathrooms remodeled along with purchase of new vanity, mirror, and toilet for a powder room.

This was not a good experience. The design ideas are first rate and the cabinets are excellent quality. This company fails at customer service. Phone messages are not returned promptly or at all. When in the store, owner answers calls during scheduled meetings. I never received a list of what was ordered so I was short the right trim pieces to complete the project. Two cabinets that were in a nook have doors that do not open fully. They assumed that the cabinets would be installed to the subfloor and that part of an overhead beam would be removed. I specifically asked them not to make these assumptions, and it was not clear on the their drawings that they had. They blamed us for the error. One cabinet was damaged. They reordered it immediately, but were not forthcoming on its delivery date. I needed that to plan my countertop installation. Our last meeting to discuss the problems ended with the owner telling us, "There's the door". She still owed us the cabinet and two other pieces.
Description of Work: Redesign of our kitchen space after walls were removed. Placing order of cabinets for the space and delivering cabinets to our house. They did provide an estimate for installation of cabinets, electrical, and plumbing for the kitchen, but they could not meet our timeline.
