Prompt and professional service from Thomas Edison Electric! Called them about installation of a nema 14-50 receptacle for our ev charger. Jason came out the next day and I could not have been more pleased with his service. He was very detail oriented in explaining his quotation and the scope of the work that would be required. He was also completely transparent throughout the process. Watching him work I could tell that he took pride in his job and wanted to satisfy me as the customer. Customer service was also excellent as I had a question that Jason's supervisor was able to address to my satisfaction. During the entire process, there was a lot of communication. The final installation was very clean and professional. For any further electrical needs in the future, I plan to call them first.

Very professional service. Electrician was knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. Only complaint about the company is the pricing is astronomically high.

We've used Thomas Edison twice. The first was on very short notice where they replaced a breaker panel that had failed in a damp basement to get power back into the house. They did a great job so we brought them back when we needed receptacles added for a washer/dryer and some troubleshooting done on the electric in our garage. Again it was a timely dispatch and the work was all done In a day. We've had a lot of trouble dealing with independent contractors so having a large, well organized outfit like Thomas Edison available is a godsend!

They did everything i wanted done and they did it right

Everything from start to finish was seamless. Eli and Erica were informative, professional and courteous. All work was completed on time for a fair price. I live in Frederick MD and our rental is in Chambersburg PA. We communicated on 3 way phone calls. The work to be completed was clearly explained as well as all charges. Eli even found 2 safety issues I was unaware of. After all was explained I gave them permission to commence work and charge my credit card. Excellent smooth process.

Thomas Edison was great. We needed an electrician quickly and they had were able to fit us in quickly. They even let us know when earlier appointments became available. The electricians on site were very knowledgeable and broke down all the information and pricing clearly for us. They were very respectful and speedy, yet thorough. I would use them again!
