Thomas Edison Electric installed Tesla Wall Connector. They did great job installing on thick stone wall and covered wire with PBC pipe. It was nicely done.

Recently moved into an old house (1901) with outdated electric. Problems arose the day before settlement and Steve with TE sent someone out within hours. They analyzed the problem and provided an immediate quote. Following settlement, Dimitri began work and caught several major issues - the biggest being an ungrounded house with a bad negative connection. Once renovations began, he walked me through the issues and the best solutions. This was a major expense, so long the way, Dimitri looked for ways to cut costs and save me a few $$$. Overall, couldn't be happier with the communication, response time, and quality of service!

They provided same day service to address my repair needs. The electrician on sight was extremely thorough in troubleshooting my issue and identifying the appropriate resolution.

PERFECT! The technicians arrived at the pre-established time. They were curtious and answered my questions (without making me feel stupid). Got right to work and found the problem (broken common wire inside wire cap nut) within a reasonable amount of time. Repaired the problem and tested all affected lights. EXCELLENT job!

Outlet not diagnosed or fixed. Paid $125 for the tech to come out. Tech walked in the door, looked at the outlet and pulled out his book showing a flat rate fee of $343 to investigate further. This is a bait and switch business and should be shut down! When I made the appt they never indicated this would be the fee to troubleshoot the problem or that they used a flat rate process like this. I presumed like any electrician they would diagnose the issue and provide me an estimate for labor and materials. Do not use this company!

I had a different electrician at the house to give me an estimate. He said he’d call me to schedule the service. Never did. I called and left him a message. Never got back to me. Then I reached out to Thomas Edison Electric. The experience was night and day. They have exceptional customer service and did a terrific job, including cleanup. They also did the work the RIGHT way, in contrast to what the previous electrician had planned to do, which—I found out—would not have been up to code and could have caused a lot of problems. I highly recommend them and will use them again if/when the need arises.

It went beautiful! I was called back with in 15 minutes of when I wanted an appointment. They worked with my schedule, showed up on time after 3 phone calls from the service dispatcher Steve to let me know when and where the tech was. They showed up on time. The tech was professional and explained in detail what he was doing, what was needed, troubleshooting and cost which was very reasonable, The work was completed in a very short amount of time with the Tech insisting that he clean my floor from debris. Overall i am very satisfied with the service and plan on using this company again for future electrical needs and service

Our power was knocked out because a tree came down on the wires, which then pulled the electrical meter from the side of the house. I called up Thomas Edison and within a few hours a tech was sent out to our home. Originally we had a problem with the bill but after calling and speaking with Scott I was assured that everything would be taken care of. And I must say my husband and I were pleased in the end. Thomas Edison Electric was very prompt when we had our power go out in our master bedroom. It was after hours but they still arrived shortly after i called and requested a service call. The gentleman that came out was very professional and pleasant to talk with while he explained what the issue was and the cost it would be to fix the issue. They spent a lot time make sure all outlets were working and actually located a potential must bigger issue and fixed that as well.

Prompt, knowledgeable service. Curtious. Quickly found the problem & quickly repaired it! Reasonably priced and did not charge extra for the part or to install it!

The technician was prompt, efficient and professional. He checked all the outlets for power and then examined the circuit board ultimately resolving the issue.

I had PECO (Philadelphia Electric) out at 2:30 PM for our voltage problem and they found a broken lug in our meter box. We needed an electrician right now so I called Thomas Edison for their emergency service. They gave me a window from 4 to 6 PM and the guys were there at 4:10. Carlus and Andy got to work in the pouring down rain and had the new meter box installed within 1.5 hours. Thank you Carlus and Andy and to Thomas Edison Electric
