Tom the electrician did a great job, courteous, professional and answered all the questions that I had for him. On time and cleaned up area where he worked at.

So easy, and so professional. Never used this service before, but they were able to schedule us for the same day, and by the time the technician arrived, the cost structure had been explained, and we knew the technician's name and a more precise time window in which they would arrive. Cameron was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem easily and complete the repairs. He also offered advice on how to keep it from happening again. We requested a quote for the suggested additional work, and were told it would be valid for 90 days if we wanted to follow up. No pressure to add it to the work today. Note: you will be asked to pay in full at the end of the repair; we had been made aware of this in the initial contact, so this was not a surprise.

They not only came out the same day, but I also knew who the electrician would be prior to arrival, I received a narrowed down timeframe of 1 hour which is unheard of in service industries anymore and the job was completed all in the same day
