Thomas Edison Electric was able to get a very friendly and professional electrician out to us within 2 hours. He did a diagnostic on the box and was able to fix the problem in about an hour. While doing his diagnostic checks he found some wiring problems outside on the PECO box and assisted in putting in a red flag report to arrange for PECO to come an fix the wiring issue at no charge to us.

This was my second job with Edison, and I haven't a bad word to say. They are by-god PROMPT! I've never had any service come the same day for anything, but a few hours later. there was Cam, not only giving me the estimate, but doing half the job. He came back to complete it on the first day I had available, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work, Cam's explanations of what it involved and why, and the level of service over all. Highly recommended!

We tripped a GFI outlet (that we didn't know about) when having a power surge working with tool mistake outside. Eli found the outlet and although it was a simple fix and a "stupid" mistake on our part, he did not make us feel dumb for making the mistake. Now, we know in the future! Great quick service and friendly technician.

Wonderful, the electrician showed up early, and found most of the issues within 5 minutes. He thoroughly explained everything that I did wrong with my wiring without making me feel dumb, as well as he explain what he did to fix it.

He was diligent and got the job done in respectable time. Not only did he do the job right he cleaned up after himself. I now have working lights and I new fixture in my hallway that didn’t cost me a fortune. I couldn’t be more happier with the work and time he took to do the job.

Great service! Could not be happier! My requests were taken care of. Josh was right on schedule. The office was in touch with me the whole way. I even had a hiccup with the light fixture I bought, it was missing parts. Josh without hesitation said go exchange it, I’ll stay on site and take care of the other work that needs done.
