Eli came out after a tree fell on my house. The electric was not working in my garage and outside lights were off. He told me what he was going to do and left torn out wires fixed and safely in a connection box so that the wires were no longer exposed or a hazard. I definitely recommend Thomas Edison Electric.

I was experiencing frequent light flickering and dimming. Of course my first thought was “what if this leads to an electrical fire?” I researched for a 24/7 electrican company on a Friday night after business hours and found great reviews from Thomas Edison Electric. I called and had an electrican come the very next morning. The electrican that was dispatched surpassed our expectations. I had the pleasure of working with Tom S. as our electrican who was punctual to the appointment time, communicated what the exact problem was after a thorough assessment and quoted very reasonable prices for an emergent issue. The professionalism of Tom S, and even the receptionist Laura was unlike any experience I have had with people in the trades in the Philadelphia area. They both followed up the next day and made sure the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company and Tom specifically for any electrical issues. He truly went above and beyond. He called PECO on our behalf to make sure they understood the issues as well as the severity and need for immediate action. Tom was personable and even took a look at additional components of our electrical work even though the primary problem was to be dealt with from PECO.

Setting up the appointment was a stress-free and easy process. The electrician was prompt and did a very good job. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve our issue. He took a deep look found another issue in an outlet box caused by an old staple. Our family appreciates the hard work and dedication.

Quick and prompt service. Jason was professional and able to take care of everything in a timely manner.

Very quick efficient competent service. Had an issue on Friday night and was concerned no one would be able to come help before Monday morning at earliest. But they asked if I wanted someone out that night or the next day. Wasn't going to make anyone go on out on rainy weather in the dark but I appreciated the immediate ability and willingness to help. When James came out the next day on Saturday, he immediately spotted the problem, promptly solved and went ahead to find and offer solutions to us that would prevent it from happening again. Extremely efficient, timely, courteous and all around excellent service. A great team.

Hi! I used Thomas Edison Electric to replace an outlet near my kitchen sink, and there were some issues, but their technician Jasin would not give up and they went above and beyond to make sure that the outlet got done and I was fully satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!

wo electricians introduced themselves at the door and politely asked what problem we had. They listened carefully and then explained the process they would use to troubleshoot our issue. After finding the cause of the issue and completing the repair, they asked if there was anything else they could help us with. They replaced everything as it was, cleaned up and were extremely courteous and considerate of our home. We would highly recommend them and will surely use their service in the future for any electrical problems.

Absolutely recommend. Making an emergency appointment on a Saturday was easy and James was at my house shortly afterwards. Office staff are complete professionals and kept me informed of the process both before and after the work was done. James arrived exactly when they estimated.
