Description of Work: Full disclosure, I have never had to hire an electrician before. However, this struck me as very expensive... even before anything was repaired or replaced. I was quoted a $165 dispatch fee just to arrive. Then, after explaining the power issues I was having, I was told it would cost $461... just to troubleshoot the problem. That's a ridiculous $600 you are committing to before the electrician even looks at your breakers. I feel like I should have been given advance notice of the troubleshooting fee. | |Overall repair was a doozy, requiring a full replacement of the breakers and exterior hook up. Expensive overall but I truthfully don't have a frame of reference. | |The good: |-Great response time, called me first thing monday and was able to get an appointment that morning. |-The issue required a new breaker and exterior power hookup. It was a big job and they got it done in one day. |-The power fluctuations were fixed! Appears to be good quality work.
