Description of Work: Quarterly extermination. Have been using Terminix for over 10 years. Have had no problems. If I see anything in my house they come right out to treat in between quarterly visits with no charge.

Description of Work: Like any service, the quality of the service visit depends on the individual. Several years ago, the mulch around several of the in ground bate covers was undisturbed while the report indicated all were checked. This has improved over the past two years with different techs. It is always a good idea to do the walk around with them during the premise visit. The price of the service has gone up over the past several years. However, Terminix is one of the few companies that advertises that they will cover repair costs if there is wood damage that occurs after they have treated the premise. Having used their service for 14 years, we've never had to test that claim. Make sure you are covered for insect damage from carpenter ants and other wood boring insects, not just termites.

Description of Work: The service was okay. They just did the outside. Which was fine. However they have raised their prices lately a lot. And I am not sure it is worth the price.

Description of Work: I had my first service over 20 years ago when I moved in and discovered termites. Terminix came out and treated the house and removed the termites. I now have a yearly inspection and treatment (IF NEEDED ANS IT HAS NOT BEEN NECESSARY SINCE THE FIRST TREATMENT). They call around the anniversary date and inspect the house inside and out professionally and on time.

Description of Work: We had a squirrel in our wall. They came and patched holes and found |main entry and put extruder over it and applied an irritating goo that would |make them itch but not harm. The cost included any repeat service we might need |until Feb.2016 We now have no problem. |

They reschedule their appts with NO notice to the customer! they do not respond to customer issues! a different technician comes every quarter and does a very minimal service .... Dropped the contract this month ...

Description of Work: Had infestation. Not treated by Terminix. Not satisfied with the firm that did treat the termite problem. Contacted Terminix for continued termite insurance many years ago. Not sure I remember original treating company. I think it was North Jersey Termite control. Not sure.

Description of Work: I have an annual contract with Terminix. They are very difficult to communicate with, and have not treated my property in over 10 years despite multiple requests. The local branch manager called me after I filed several complaints and sent emails, and indicated that he would contact me to install some product, once the weather got warmer. Description of Work: I have used them for 15 years. Anytime I believe I see termites when gardening they come right out. Anytime I believe I see a swarmer they come out and collect my samples and get back to me quickly. They will do quarterly or annual inspections. When I did find a queen termite near the house they came out and drilled holes under the house and placed a treatment right where the subterranean termites lived. They are gone completely, no signs. We found termite damage when putting on new siding and they came out with the file kept on our house. There were no live termites. The damage was very old and dry. Turns out the previous owners had signed off that they were aware of the damage and had it repaired which they had not done. We were angry, but we had been in the house better than 15 years and the previous owners were deceased. The man doing our siding McBride was very reasonable and professional in doing the repairs while doing the siding. He did an excellent job and would recommend him to anyone. We will use him for any repairs or updates. Also, back to the subject of this inquiry, we will continue to use Terminix.

Description of Work: Annual contract for 30 yrs. Good service when I've used them several times over the years for termites and black ants.

Description of Work: We originally contacted Terminix some 25 years or so ago because of an infestation in our knotty pine paneling in our finished basement. They got rid of the little chewers and we haven't seen any since. Terminix performs scheduled inspections inside and outside and submits a written report of their findings (to date, no activity found).
