Description of Work: Needed hardware servicing. Walked into their office and spoke to staff, who were quite professional, but unfortunately they require a min 10 hour block of time, which would have cost more than the price of the hardware. They suggested I try GeekSquad, instead.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. They were very professional from start to finish. They were not typical techs. They treated me with respect through out the entire process even though I do not know much about computers. They even called afterwards to follow up to ensure i was satisfied with the service. I was so pleased, I recommended them to my brother's company who was looking for an IT help.
Description of Work: I needed help moving from my old PC to my new Mac. I tried taking it to other firms in the area and they all said they could only do the Windows portion and leave me to setup my Mac on my own. I was so relieved to find a company that actually could handle the whole process from Windows to Mac. They really saved me from a nightmare and did it very quickly. I was up and running on the Mac in no time
