The crew that came out to perform the work were also polite and they were neat. They cleaned up after themselves and actually made it look better than before. Steer clear of this company if you don't want to waste your money. I hired them to treat a row of approx 10 spruce trees affected by a fungus. At the time, only two showed signs of the disease and they told me it was good I caught it early. That they could essentially stop the disease from getting any worse. After I paid them over $500 for 4 treatments, many of the trees began showing signs of the disease and will likely need to be taken down. I wish it was possible to load pictures to illustrate how little value they delivered. Savatree's customer service is even worse than their ability to cure sick trees. Their office manager wouldn't return my calls to discuss the matter until I called every other day and threatened to continue doing so until he responded. I had to speak to him on a recorded line and his approach to me bordered on hostile. He told me I was "ignorant" of how their chemicals work and then offered to cut the trees down at a reduced price. In other words, their "guarantee" means they will charge you less to fix what they didn't get right in the first place. Savatree is perhaps the sketchiest company I've dealt with in a long time. Incompetent and unbelievably unpleasant to do business with.

We had used Sav A Tree several times in the past and were happy with their service. This time around our rep Gary came out to write up a quote two months ago and never got back to us. Disappointed to say the least.

We have used this company several times. They are always prompt, professional and efficient. They were careful about falling branches, aware of telephone and electric wires, and gates and fences while they were cutting and removing stumps. This is also the company that feeds cares for our beautiful maple tree each fall. I would call them for any kind of tree work. The office staff is as polite and prompt and efficient as there tree crews. They are a bit pricey, but very much worth it with the good work they do.

The crew was very professional. They cut down the tree in stages being careful not to damage my neighbor's nearby fence. The cleanup was done quickly and thoroughly.

Chad Wagner, the arborist, responded promptly to my call, reviewed the work to be done, & set up an appointment for the tree removal which involved planning for a crane. The workers had a limited area to work in & multiple obstacles to avoid but they were able to complete the jobs without any issues.

I called to make an appointment with Brooks & Barber and the person taking my information was very friendly and efficient...we agreed on a time to have Craig come out and look over the property and ***** the conditions of the tress and to get on a maintenance schedule. Trees in my area are prone to heavy insect infestations. Craig was on time very friendly and told me he would walk the property and let me know what he saw. He took his time and when he was complete he went over everything he saw and is putting together a proposal. One of the things he mentioned was that my red plum trees would be dead in a few years because of a disease....Very helpful since it's less than a year those trees were planted and we are getting our money back when we get new trees. Super company to work with.....really focus on what needs to be done and not trying to sell you a service you don't need.

They were here promptly and did what they were supposed to do. My only comment was that you have to negotiate after the fact. They gave me an estimate but they had to go back and forth with me at the end. They don't give me a breakdown on what was done. The quality of the work was excellent.

From the estimate (prompt and on time) to the work performed I was very happy. Taylor showed up and walked around the property with me, making recommendations and looking at the work we wanted done. The morning of the work he was also on site to make sure that everything went smoothly. He offered a tree fertilizer in the estimate, and when we declined, there was no hard sell as I had feared there might be. Overall we were pleased with the quality of work for the price paid.

Arrived promptly with 3 man crew and completed job quickly and efficiently

They gave us a quote but we wanted to go with somebody that did organic gardening. The quote was reasonable but we were looking for a service that they didn't actually do. Their quote was average; it was not too expensive. they seemed knowledgeable and it seemed liked they did bigger properties and trees. They don't use organic products. I didn't have any issues with them. I would use them to remove trees but I wanted to do organic stuff in the garden.

It was great Tyler showed up on time he was very knowledgable and helpful he was able to answer all of our questions and give us pricing for treatments for some of the trees on our property.

Craig Brooks gave us advice on which trees to take down and which to trim . Some trees were storm damaged. His crew, Josh and Steve, arrived on time and they also had arranged with the electric company to shut down power, as some trees had grown into the electric wires. Everyone was there on time. Josh and Steve expertly cut down 7 trees and trimmed two others. They were polite and friendly and cleaned up the lawn of all debris. We were very pleased with their work. Amanda who took our phone calls was pleasant and friendly.

I had some damage lingering from Sandy, and some trimming and tree removal to prepare for the next storm, so I called two companies from Angies List, both A rated. I went with SavaTree because they had completed some work for a neighbor and the neighbor was very pleased. In Spring I will have them do some feeding of a couple large trees on my property, and I trust them to do a good job. I've no doubt that if you wanted you could find someone to bid a job for somewhat less, but they gave me a competitive price and did a great job.

They did a fine job. They knew exactly what the problem was. They came out, they put some chemicals in the soil around the tree. They are coming back in the Spring to do two more treatments. Very responsive, very punctual. They explained very well what the problem was, what the resolution would be and how I could help by pulling back some of the grass and mulch, so they gave me some advice as well. I feel very confident that the end result will be good.
