Description of Work: I brought my laptop into Ralph to investigate an intermittent problem with connections to wireless networks. Ralph cleaned my machine (it was quite dusty) and tested it on at least 4 separate networks. The machine seems to be working fine now. The price was very, very reasonable.

+ -1 moreThe repair went very well. I am very pleased with Ralph's knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs repair work done on their computers.
Description of Work: My HP Pavilion computer had blue-screened and my attempts to resuscitate it with the factory supplied boot disk failed. The tech folks at Staples told me I would need a new mother board for approximately $350 to $400. Ralph was able to get the machine up and running again.
