We really appreciated the work R&N Carpet did. After getting estimates from a few competitors Ron was able to provide a higher quality carpet at a cheaper price. We also had a very difficult time frame to work around they he was able to meet our scheduling needs without a problem. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend R&N.

This company is awesome.The owner responded right away to my message and set up a time to come out the next day with samples. While setting up the appointment he asked what I might like on the stairs so he would be sure to have a sample of what would work on his truck. The quote was below the box store prices and was exactly what I wanted. Since I wanted a regular wall-to-wall carpet made into a stair runner he had to order the carpet then take it to a binder before being able to install it. He kept in touch with us the whole time about when he thought it would be in and taken to the binder. When the carpet came in he took it to his binder right away so it would be bound in the morning then he could do the job the afternoon before being out for 2 weeks for knee surgery. Even though it was a small job we never for once felt like we were not important. I would highly recommend using this company for any carpeting needs. If I could give them higher than an A I would!

Rob came to our house to discuss alternatives and show us samples. I thought the price was fair. Installation was set for about 10 days later. Install went smoothly and on schedule. Carpet looks great!

Rob contacted me immediately after sending in my inquiry. We had several large ripples in one of the bedrooms that had been there for many years due to poor installation. He wasn't sure he would be able to correct those completely and was honest with us about that right away. He showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and professional. The carpet looks great now. He and his crew moved everything and did a great job. They also removed the carpet, as well as all the carpet staples, in our hallway as we decided to leave that area hardwood. They cleaned up well after themselves. We will definitely use Rob again and will refer him to our family and friends.

Ron arrived on time and immediately knew what corrective measures needed to be taken to correct my rug problems. He is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and an excellent troubleshooter and worker. He immediately set about correcting my problem. He explained that the carpet was not installed properly and set about correcting a bad installation. I mentioned that the rug downstairs had a similar problem and he said he would check it out when he was done upstairs. He came downstairs and immediately figured out what had to be done, commenced moving furniture and worked on correcting the problem. When he finished he cleaned up the excess carpet and placed the furniture back to its' original location. Since this was outside the scope of the original work quote, I asked him how much more I owed him. He said that there was no additional charge, which was very unusual, since the extra work took time, skill, and effort. Based on this one visit, Ron is my carpet man. He mentioned that he sells and installs the carpet he sells and I know he will give me a fair price and install the carpet the way it should be installed.

It was an excellent experience. Arrived when he said he would. Looked at the area, explained what caused the problem. We discussed whether it would be covered by the original installer. Then he went to work. He moved the furniture. Stretched the carpet, cleaned up the area and replaced the furniture. I sprayed the carpet with resolve and it looks like new.

Ron was very responsive in scheduling a date and time according to my schedule. He described the cause of the damage and how difficult it would be to handle correctly. He also described the repair process and what to expect as far as the result. Ron did exactly what he said, he was very polite and professional, he arrived on time and quickly fixed the damage and left the areas clean. I recommend this vendor for similar services because of his courtesy, professional attitude, skills and deep knowledge of his trade.

The crew explained to me that since the carpet was buckled for so long, there might be a distinct mark left where it was bent. However, they did an excellent job and my carpet looks like new.

Rob worked tirelessly to move all of the heavy furniture, worked sensibly to determine the best way to pull the wrinkles out of the 3 rooms. He was professional, skilled and committed to doing a great job. His finished product was excellent and better than I could have hoped for.

R&N did a terrific job removing extensive bubbling in several rooms in my house. They stretched the carpet, removed extra material, and made it look better than it has in years. When new problem areas were discovered, they came back and fixed them immediately. In addition, they installed new carpet in the family room of the house. Rob worked during his vacation to ensure that the carpet was ordered and arrived in time to meet a very tight deadline. His customer service is excellent and he clearly cares about the work that he does. I highly recommend R&N for any carpet needs that you have.

We just recently moved into our home and wanted to have the carpets replaced. Robert came out and brought some samples with him. He measured four bedrooms upstairs (including their closets), the hallway, and the office on the first floor. It was roughly 1300 sq ft of carpeted area. Total cost of everything, including a military discount, was 4400, which was an excellent price. About a week and a half later his team arrived and installed the carpets. The old carpets were stacked neatly at the end of the driveway. The only issue was that his team forgot to bring the vacuum to clean up after themselves. I didn't have a vacuum since it was still in storage, as our household goods were not yet delivered. Robert was very apologetic after hearing that his team forgot to bring their vacuum. Since I already had vacuumed it myself the following day, Robert offered to pay 150 dollars towards having the trash company come pickup the carpet. In the end, the service was great and Robert worked hard to give a quality product. The carpet is beautiful and Robert did what he could to makeup for the lack of vacuuming. Normally they do vacuum, but the team had simply forgotten to bring it. I highly recommend R and N Carpeting for anyone else.

He even looked at other bedrooms and stretched a few small areas for free! Everything was spotless when he and his assistant were finished. We are thrilled! We should have done this a long time ago.

We had damage to our carpet in our bedroom. I contacted R & N and spoke to Rob we arranged for him to come out the next day while he was in the area. He called the next day as he said would and was here at the time he said he would arrive. We had some of the carpet that was left over from the installation. He matched the weave direction then cut out and put in the new piece. Rob did a great job. I would call him again. He was excellent.

Robert did what he said he would do and was always on time and knew what he was talking about. They were very clean and kept everything tidy and did a great job,I would hire him again in a minute.

Owner was extremely knowledgeable. We had several seams and "holes" where the builder did not glue the seams together properly or cut the carpet short. Our home is 4 years old. Rob helped us go over every carpet and every room and point out areas that needed more attention and those that were simply from normal wear. When he left, we were extremely pleased! We took his card because we will be needing carpet in a rental soon and we already feel we can trust his professionalism and expertise.

We found R&N Carpet through Angie's list, which was featuring an online coupon for carpet stretching/repair. Rob arrived on the day promised, stretched and repaired multiple issues due to a crummy Lowes installation. He is a knowledgeable guy and a hard worker. Although the job turned out to be much more involved than a simple repair, he stuck to the original online fee. We would not hesitate to call him for flooring repair/installation in the future.

I took advantage of the $99 coupon they have available. A few weeks ago, I had a flood in my basement. I had to pull the carpet back and ended up having to put down new padding after everything dried out. I couldn't get the carpet flat again so I took advantage of the $99 coupon they have available. Rob couldn't have been more professional. Called me back within 24 hours. We set up the appointment(working around each other schedules) for a few days later. He actually came on time!!!! He did the work in less than an hour and everything worked out perfectly. I would use him again... no hesitation and I would definitely recommend him to someone else.
