OZER SOLUTIONS LTD

I called this guy, had a nice chat with him. He said he'd have an electrician call me and he'd call me to discuss my A/C problem. He didn't call me, his electrician guy didn't call me. I'm tired of service "professionals" who are prima donnas and have to be called and wooed and begged. I just want someone who does what he says he will.

He was late and he did call me to tell me that he was running late but it was a convoluted story. I?m a realtor and I was selling house so I asked him to come out and look at some inspection items. I left my house to get to the house in questions and he called me to tell me he would be an hour late. He ended up being 40 minutes late so it wasn?t as bad as he anticipated, but he had called me 5 minutes before he was supposed to be there to let me know he would be late. He did a thorough job and he was there for nearly 3 hours. He went over all of the items in great detail and he?s a personable and nice guy. The only other thing that bothered me a little bit is that I called him earlier that day and asked him if there would be a service change. He told me no over the phone but later he told me that there would be a charge. I don?t think it was a bait and switch type thing, I think he spent more time there than he anticipated. I don?t begrudge him the money but I?m not crazy about the miscommunication. I would certainly recommend him to anybody because I think he did a fine job. I think he recognizes the miscommunication and plans to rectify that in the future.

I could not be happier with the work George and Bill performed in my home. George responded very promptly and came to fix the problem the same day. He needed to return a second day to complete the repairs. Very professional and explained everything to us. Highly recommended.

George arrived with the workers on schedule & they did the job as planned. George searched Philadelphia for the type of recessed lighting that would best fit my rec room & came up with a perfect solution. The sheetrock worker, however, made a terrible mess -- he had no protective cloth or plastic; I gave him both but he did not use them effectively or ask for more, which actually were necessary. He left the rec room covered in white dust everywhere, but the ceiling looked terrific. When I called George to tell him it was totally unprofessional and not like him to have workers leave such a mess, and insisted that he send someone to clean it up, he and his wife themselves came on a Sunday afternoon and spent over 3 hours cleaning the small 8' x 13' room. Then the job looked high quality. George also arranged for an inspector to approve the new installations which he did. A month or so later I am still very pleased with the work in the rec room and fire escape. George was 100% reliable, a skilled electrician, dedicated to doing excellent work, and a kind and gentle human being. I am grateful to my architect friend for referring me to him.
