Description of Work: There was a very bad smell coming from our sink in the powder room but there was no clog. Lucas LTD was able to clean it and the smell was gone.

Description of Work: Have used once before and all was OK including quoted price. The second time they were used I had to go to Mawah NJ so my wife was here alone and said he did not seem to know what he was doing and ripped her off for almost twice the price. It only lasted a little over a month and the problem reaccured. I called Arrow Plumbing they were totally professional and knew exactly what they were doing and I paid what I was quoted $129.00. with a 6 month warranty.

Description of Work: We had a complete block of the sewer system with the first floor toilet overflowing and flooding the surrounding kitchen, laundry room and front hall. Lucas Co. was very helpful and responsive and had George there in half and hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained the problem and the solution. George removed the toilet, removed the obstruction and fixed the problem. George was very professional, did the work well and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely use Lucas again.

Description of Work: Did a first class job in clearing a blocked toilet. (I do not have a record of the exact date) Quoted $100 for the call out then when the job was done,without asking put chemical down the toilet and charged an extra $30 - so job ended up costing $130. So they have lost me as a customer SO BE CAREFUL OF UNPRICED 'EXTRAS"
