Description of Work: redid some work on a basement crack.

Description of Work: Brad was very professiontal, he does know a lot about foundations and foundation repair, he does give an honest professional opinion, had leaking water in crawl space and brad immediately identified the cause which was a crack behinf insulation, he did not charge me for coming to my house, we agreed to see if water still coming in and will take it from there. I did not give grade to price and quality because no work was done. he is very nice to work with and I couldn't be more happier.

Description of Work: We had a bowed basement wall that needed reinforcement. Keystone Foundation implemented 5 Wall Plates that helped support the structure of the wall.

Description of Work: Stabilized basement foundation wall that had a long horizontal crack with carbon fiber supports..

Description of Work: I called Keystone and spoke to Brad Welch, and although he no longer offered the service that I was looking for, he was incredibly helpful and supportive of my problem. He provided me with details on how to perform the procedure myself and offered additional help on the phone if I ran into any difficulties. You do not find many professionals like this anymore and it is refreshing and humbling to know that there are still some good guys out there. He was very polite, honest and genuine and it is because of this that I'd be glad to use him for other projects that I may have in the future.

Description of Work: I sent a message to Keystone describing my problem and asking that they come to do an estimate. The problem is a fairly deep void of unknown extent underneath the cement floor of our garage, which is under the house. The owner of Keystone contacted me within hours to discuss the problem, and after hearing details, advised me that my best course of action would be to have a consultation with an engineer, who could diagnose the extent and source of the problem and advise on how to proceed. He was very helpful and generous with his time, and at my request, referred me to an engineer with whom he had had experience in the past.

Description of Work: Installation of wall anchors to stabilize breeze block basement wall. (Also returned wall to original position, though they don't guarantee that - only that it will not get worse).

Description of Work: Brad Welch came out, inspected the long horizontal crack in our basement, described the causes and effects and made suggestions for correction. He spent a good deal of time patiently talking over our home's particulars, our budget, etc. Brad was polite, patient and personable.
