Description of Work: It was a Sunday and our lights suddenly began to flicker. Some of our large appliances became inoperable, others worked fine. Something was very wrong. We found Hepp Electric in the phone book. The electrician talked us through the process of turning off the larger units at the breaker until he could arrive. He worked with us in several stages, from making us operable to ordering and installing a whole new board.
