+ -1 moreAfter submitting my report in May, Susan Silver indicated that they would remove the blinds and refund our money. This was not a result of the report, just coincidental. The blinds were removed on June 26th. We were told it would be 3 or 4 weeks before they could refund the money, as they had to return the blinds to another company. It is now the end of August and they have yet to refund our money. Every phone call I make (weekly) to the Blinds Factory Outlet office in Ivyland results in "we're working on it", or "we need to check with our bank, we're not sure of the amount". They refused to refund us directly, as we had purchased the blinds with a deferred interest promotion, and are, instead, intent on crediting this money back to the bank account. It has now been 16 months of hell dealing with this company. All we want at this point is to get our money back - now!
Description of Work: We bought blinds from this company. We were unhappy with the results and have attempted several times to receive a refund.

+ -1 moreI love my shutters, the delivery time was a little slow but worth waiting for. The installers was very pleasant and very fast.
Description of Work: I had this company install shutters in my formal living and dining rooms and a bedroom. I had this work done separately. In 2005 I had them do the formal rooms, using the composite shutters. I have always used the wood in my former homes. I have just had them install more shutters in a downstairs bedroom. The composites are beautiful they look just like wood shutters but they will never warp or need repainting.
