+ 1 moreSnow removal has been prompt and thorough. The owner, Ray, is on-site for all jobs. All communications we have with Ray are answered in a very timely fashion. He shows up for all scheduled appointments on time or head of time. Ray informs you as to when work will be scheduled and also if something occurs that might alter that schedule. Ray is able to listen to your basic ideas, take them and develop a plan that incorporates them and also refinements based upon his expertise. He is able to explain his rationale for all concepts that he presents to you in a clear and concise manner. He is very easy to work with not only in the planning stage but in the project work stages. Ray and his men make sure that upon the completion of the project that you are completely satisfied. They always do a very thorough clean-up upon project completion. Definitely recommend Twin Eagle Properties to anyone looking for a great landscaping experience. We are in the process of planning our spring projects with Twin Eagle.
Description of Work: Last contact was for snow removal after the storm of 3/5/2015. This is first winter contracted for snow removal with Twin Eagle. Have been very pleased. We have used Twin Eagle for various Landscape Projects for a number of years.
