Everything went really well. Mark arrived on the early side of the time window I was given. He got right to work after clarifying a few questions I had. I helped him move a couple mattresses and beds to get started, and when he was finished, everything was back in its place with foam blocks under furniture to protect the wood from moisture. Prior to the cleaner arriving I moved a lot of my smaller furniture in to rooms that didn't have carpeting and did my best to make the cleaning as easy and thorough as possible. This took me about a day to move things, straighten up, and do a real good vacuuming. After the cleaner arrived I had to go to work for a couple hours, and returned mid-day when he was wrapping up. I wasn't around for all the work he did, but I completely trusted him to be in my place while I wasn't there. !00% professional team of 1. I'm very happy with the carpet cleaning. Mark (the cleaner) answered all my questions and did a great job. Would absolutely recommend Thompson Carpet Cleaners to anyone.

It went amazingly well. He arrived early and was at my house before my appointment time. He moved the sofa around and back while he was cleaning. Keeping the sofa lifted for air circulation. Will definitely use again. Charged me $20 over the coupon for the upstairs hallway.

I was very pleased with this purchase and service. The customer service was great, and the service provider showed up promptly on time. He was there maybe an hour and a half. He prepped and cleaned up after he finished, and we had no issues. All of our walls had been stripped of wallpaper, spackled, and sanded so the carpets were a mess with dust. After they were done, you wouldn't have known. The resulting carpets look and feel clean. Great service for a great price, definitely recommended!

We bought a home in January 2016 where the previous owners neither appreciated the home nor gave it any TLC. They had a light colored dog and 6 months later we are still vacuuming up dog hair from the rugs. Anyway the front room of the home had light colored carpeting which was nasty in spots. We considered taking it up and putting hardwood to match the rest of the home. We decided to give it a shot at cleaning and if that was a fail, we'd go the hardwood route. We did our homework and asked for a bid via their online service. We received a quote a day later and arranged via online for service. The tech arrived on time, moved furniture, and thoroughly cleaned the carpeting. He explained how long it would take to try, put pads under the furniture and did a good job. We were pleased. The carpet was not left soaking and the grunge for the most part came out. We have no issues and will hire to work on other non-hardwood rooms in our home.

The technician arrived on time and explained the process. I had carpets cleaned in the past but never with these superb results. My berber carpets are about 20 years old. Other companies have explained the spots left behind as "wear and tare". Today there were no "spots left behind" Unbelievable, they look like new. I'll be using Thomas from now on. Thank You!

Very impressed with this person. He was able to remove some stains that hadn't come out completely through numerous professional cleaning efforts. Carpets have never looked so good. Didn't try to talk me into "extras" like deodorizing or stain resistance sprays. Excellent!

They did a very nice job. They were able to fit us in to their schedule on a short notice. The rug downstairs is kind of an off white color so dirt can show up really fast in the traffic areas. When he finished initially everything looked great. But the next day when the carpet dried there was an orangish tint to it. So we called them back and they were quick to come out and fix the problem and took care of it and everything looks great we appreciate all their hard work. We would with out a doubt use them again.

The carpets look as good as new, much better than two previous outcomes by other vendors. We are amazed at how wonderful they look, and for less money that previous cleanings. Steve was a pleasure, describing each step he was going to take and providing a realistic estimate of how long it would take for the surfaces to dry.

We had a large, black ink stain on the carpet in my son's room which splattered into an area about 1.5' x 1.5'. Ken came out, looked at the stain, and gave an honest assessment. He said that almost all of it should come out. I respect honesty above all . . . and I like that he did not just come out and say that every inch of it could come out before he even had a chance to work on it. We knew this was a tall order. To our delight, about 95% came out. If you were not looking for it, you really couldn't tell. And the hallway carpet looks brand new. Ken was prompt, clean, polite, and very good at his job. I would definitely hire Thomas Carpet Cleaners again.

The technician was on time and introduced himself as Dylan. He was very polite and personable. As we spoke throughout the visit, it became apparent that he was very knowledgeable in his profession. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He also saved me $25 with one of his suggestions. Very happy with the work. The floors look great and I would definitely use them again in the future.
