I am a repeat Thomas Carpet Cleaner customer and have never been disappointed with their technicians or the quality of their work! The technician today was Luke. He arrived on time, introduced himself, listened attentively as I confirmed what needed to be done, and began to work without delay. Carpets were overdue for cleaning and presented quite a challenge! Luke did an excellent job and the results exceeded my expectations! He was professional, respectful of my furniture, friendly, and very competent. He is an asset to your organization! I will continue to use only Thomas for future carpet care as they are THE BEST!

Thomas Carpet Cleaners was highly recommended to me by the carpet retailer I had purchased my area rug from. They were there when I called & set up an appointment for the following week. Came on time - completed cleaning quickly & with no mess. Very professional & personable. I had 3 stains on the carpet that I had tried to spot clean myself to no avail - he removed all 3 - really pleased.

This is the second time I have used this company and was pleased this time as before. They are easy to deal with and always on time. They do the best at removing stains! I am very pleased with their work.

It went pretty well. They were on time and took great pains to keep my cats from escaping outside or getting into the basement. They were nice guys overall. :) The cleaning products didn't smell strongly and everything was dry 6 hours later. Overall an excellent experience!

Everything went great. The only problem I had was one I inadvertently caused. The team at Thomas Carpet Cleaning worked with me and were adaptable to my schedule. They worked with me when I had to reschedule and gave an incorrect address. I cannot express with words how much that helped me. One of the few things that went right with the move. ok, newer carpet, cleaning was more scheduled maintenance. Have use prior to clean a sofa which came out nice.

The previous company I used to clean my carpets used to be great but have seemingly gone down hill a bit over the years in terms of quality. I decided to give Thomas Carpet Cleaners a try because of an Angie's list deal and a recent illness from my dog. I will definitely be sticking with Thomas Carpet Cleaners for the future. They were able to get older marks that my previous company said just wouldn't come up (and never really seemed to try). I can certainly understand that some marks/stains won't come up, but I appreciated that Thomas Carpet Cleaners actually tried some different techniques rather than just pass over it a few more times like the other company. In the end, I was very pleased with the service. Thanks again!

His attention to detail and careful work around my furniture made it a seamless job. Nothing was disturbed; anything moved put back in place; and, Mark was able to get a spot out of my chair that has been resistant.
