Nick is great.

This is an unsual endorsement because I mistakenly double-booked for services so when Nick showed up on time for the job I had requested and booked, I was shamefaced into admitting that the work was already done. I offered several apologies and he was the consummate professional, and supremely gracious given that sad fact that I had truly wasted his time and lost him money. My profund apologies again Nick. On the other have, you've gained a client for life - I will send you all my new business going forward and will recommend you to EVERYONE. Thank you for being kind and courteous.

One of the light they installed has a bulb that kept getting burned. Nick stopped by our house the next day which is probably the only positive thing. However, he didn't inform me how much this would cost. He checked the light bulb and he said there is nothing he can do to fix it. I have to contact the manufacturer. Then he charged me $80. The whole process took less than 15 min. When I asked him to give me a receipt, he was not very pleasant. Then later I contacted him to give me a quote on the price to replace this light fixture, he asked me how much I paid when his partner installed it for me. I told him the price and he was annoyed and said that's too low. The whole process was not very pleasant. I won't hire him again.

Very prompt in answering calls and came on time. Professional and courteous.

Nick returned my call the same day and arranged to come by my house 2 days later. He arrived early. He stuck his hand in insulation behind a radiant barrier trying to locate a hidden switch that the radiant barrier people had covered over. He was pleasant despite being covered with insulation on a hot day! He next figured out why my porch light wasn't working and reinstalled my timer. I would highly recommend him!

Nick was awesome! After being without power for a couple of days, we called nick and he helped us find a portable generator and came out right away and wired it up for us. So thankful a neighbor turned us onto him. Very professional and in an emergency he did not take advantage of us.
