Finally we found an honest contractor!!! Seamus and his crew did an outstanding job on the stucco work for our sun room and a chimney repair needed. The price was fair, job was completed in a timely fashion and the lines of communication were always open. We would recommend to our family and friends and will not hesitate to call on them again for our next project.

Removed and replaced stucco on one side of second floor, replaced cracked stucco where stucco meets brick facing, and replaced stucco on chimney. Seamus was easy to work with. From assessment of the problems to completion and cleanup, he and his crew did a great job. The house is almost 50 years old, and both the color and texture of the new stucco are an excellent match with rest of the house. We are very pleased with the results on all sections of the house!

I found Kildarragh construction through Home Advisor and although it took 3 weeks for them to come to give an estimate after telling me twice they’d be out “this week” I wanted to wait for them as their reviews were so good. Seamus Sweeney came and was very personable and gave an estimate that was a few hundred more than another estimate I had received, but I was so impressed with Seamus, that I used them. I never received a written estimate. They came about 10 days later and the crew did a very good job. However, on the last day, I was not home and Seamus asked my wife to pay the remaining $500 balance by check made out to him personally, which she did. No receipt was ever left. I have called three times, emailed the company three times and even texted Seamus twice over a 6+ week period asking for a signed invoice so I could show Kildarragh did the work. I have never received a reply to the email, text or phone calls. I am now frustrated and more curious that Seamus had the last payment made out to him. All I want is a invoice for the full amount. How complicated is that? Interestingly, their phone number is answered by voice mail that does not mention the name of the company, just the number you have reached. Bizarre customer service.

Seamus was very nice His work is great and the price was amazing I needed my chimney stucco. He did that and the wall and he matched the other wall on the other side of house no extra charge. He was very friendly. Service was quick and clean No mess left behind I highly recommend Jackie Tomon

Seamus gave good advise. Replaced old stucco, repaired where it was needed and replaced porch ceiling when we had only asked for it to be repaired. No additional charges. Great service and fun to work with. It took a little longer than expected, but in the end we are very happy with the excellent work done.

Mr Sweeney is not bashful about telling you what the project needs. He doesn't low-ball you with a cheap fix, then up-sell to the real required job. His men are good, skilled workmen and complete the job quietly and efficiently. Afterwards, they cleaned up and left the area pretty much as it was when they started. I probably could have gotten the job done a little cheaper, but not as well. They did a really nice job.

While the project was relatively small, James responded quickly to the request for a quote. The work was begun in one week and completed according to schedule.

My experience with Seamus and his crew was life changing. Prior to meeting and hiring them, I lost many nights sleep over my unstable exterior wall. It was such a relief to find someone who was qualified to do such a major project yet did not try to exploit or overcharge me for the work. The entire process was professional from the proposal to the clean up.The crew came in performed an outstanding job repairing my severely damaged brick and stucco wall in a matter of weeks- IN JANUARY! (Thank God for a mild winter.) Whenever anyone asks, or if I have future masonry needs, I will call Seamus without hesitation.

Seamus and his crew did a fantastic job!! If the weather would have cooperated they would have completed the job very quickly - but dealing with stucco you are at the mercy of Mother Nature. They left our home clean...very respectful guys. I had an unrelated issue and that contractor asked for Seamus contact information, he was that impressed with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Kildarragh to anyone with any stucco work that needs to be done. Absolutely the best!!!
