After leaving a message requesting an estimate, James called back the same day and set up an appointment that evening. Once at the house, he was attentive and listened to my concerns, completed an assessment of the repairs needed, all while remaining professional and respectful. Prompt and professional service at its best. The repairs were completed within a few days, as promised and to my satisfaction.

Overall, I was very pleased with James' service. He took the time to explain and show me pictures of the problem, and provided a competitive price quote. He was able to provide service quickly after I decided to work with him. Despite the issue being worse than originally imagined, James was happy to complete the repairs at the original estimated cost. He also was willing to repair a gutter downspout that had fallen for no incremental cost. So far, I've had no additional issues with the leak and would use J. Parker for future repairs if needed.

Everything was explained in plain English and nothing was missed. He took the time to point out every detail and gave a very completive price estimate. If I could do it all over I would have gone with this company.

The contractor was very professional. I need the gutter repaired it was hanging off the front of the house. He stated the day that he would come out and fix it; he also stated that there was no need for me to wait around. My husband and I went out and took care of a few things, when we returned to work was completed. J. Parker is the person i will call when I need any roofing work done.

They did excellent work for a very good price. I had received prior estimates for the work and Jim was able to beat their estimates by around 20%. He did the work on the spot, quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be more pleased. And oh, by the way, he is a young man with impeccable manners, imagine that! Highest recommendation.

It was great! They were the easiest company to reach and get a response from. I called them on a Friday and was able to get the estimate completed the next day. Their estimate was the lowest of all 4 we received but the materials, etc were the same. Unfortunately, the week we were collecting estimates it rained a lot and leaked in to the house. They were nice enough to patch the roof free of charge while we waited for the new roof to be installed (which was fit in to their schedule the next week). They brought a full crew to install the new roof and were able to complete the job in just 1 day! The new roof looks good and seems to be good quality. It includes a life time warranty. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

He took pictures of the problems and then we discussed course of action. He offered to fix everything he found that same day for $450 (materials and labor). He was very professional and patient with my questions. He even took the time to fix the siding on my neighbor's house (we're connected townhouses). I would gladly call him again, and am grateful that he fixed the problems since our town was hit with massive storms the next few weeks.

Came back and coated 2 flat roofs, sealing edges and around pipes and flashing. It went well. James called about an hour after I purchased the deal. They came out and performed the services listed on the deal. His dad even cleaned the gutters. Some work was recommended, which I knew was needed. They came out on 6/16 and completed that work too. Both men were very professional and extremely polite. It looks good.

James did a very thorough job installing the gutter helmet. As a result the gutter no longer leaks even with the heavy rain in early April. Was a little late for the first appoint but he did call and informed me for running behind. Was punctual for the second appointment.

Mr. Parker was very professional, polite and explained everything thoroughly. He stated a few issues of what he thought could be causing the problem. I feel he was upfront and honest, I decided to go with cementing the area first and if that didn't work to take the next steps. He stated that if not resolved by cementing the cracks around the foundation that it could be the drain which is holding water, not fully draining. He was running a little late but called ahead of time to let me know, he sealed the area where it was believed to be leaking and then sealed other areas without any extra charge. Very reasonably priced, job completed quickly and no mess. Unfortunately after this past rain, water came into the basement, I called Mr. Parker, he returned my call promptly said he would reach out to a few plumbers and have them contact me. I would use this provided in the future and recommend this provided.

J Parker arrived on time and was upfront about what needed to be done as well as the price. He did the job like he said he would.

The response from J. Parker Contracting was very quick. They returned my initial phone exploratory phone call within an hour and went out to inspect my roof that same day. They gave e a reasonable price and had the job completed by the weekend (before it rained again) so that was great. They were very easy to talk with and I could not ask for things to have gone any smoother. I am keeping them on my list of people to call when I need a job done.
