Mark contacted me and told me what I wanted to do was the wrong approach to my problem and it would be best if I hired another company. I hired his company and did as he recommended. I had a rat infestation of my own causing he advised me on eliminating the causes and he removed the rats and at the same time he did not harm any other creatures living in the area. He followed up weekly till the problem was solved. I recommend his company.

Left a voicemail with Mark on July 14th. As of July 21 I have not received a return phone call. It worked out well for me because I learned animal control in our township will take care of the issue with no charge to me.

So far so good. No new signs of any mice.

Mark did a fabulous job! He worked with us for over a week to catch our groundhog. First tries yielded a raccoon and a possum...but Mark’s persistence paid off. He was extremely responsive throughout our “project.” I will use eco-friendly pest services again if needed and highly recommend Mark to anyone who needs pest services!

It went great! Mark was terrific! What I thought was rodents turned out to be something worry free. Fortunately Mark was able to competently evaluate the problem, and had 100% integrity in letting me know the noises I was hearing were not rodents, and something much less worrisome. He also gave some helpful info about another related issue. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, his sophisticated equipment in evaluating the problem, and his nice manner. Mark came and did an inspection and found 3 baby squirrels, he caught 2 of them but the 3rd got away. Next day he came back and he found the last one and set a trap for mama squirrel, I came out the next day and we got her, overall a very professional service and would definitely use him again

Mark did a very thorough job. I’ve had no problems with any bugs in the house. He also took care of my yard throughout the summer and I had no problems with mosquitoes. I would highly recommend Eco-Friendly pest solutions.

It went very well. Mark came out the same day we called. He was very knowledgable about what was needed to be done, of which he did all. We only had to leave the area for four hours. I was very pleased with his work; he is very professional and congenial.

Hands down this is the best pest removal service I ever have used. Mark is knowledgeable, professional, and expert at a wide variety of pests and how to manage/remove them humanely. He returned same day when the possum and groundhog were captured, and showed up same day to remove the wasp nest, which was critically important to me since I am deathly allergic, and was not able to use my outside until the nest was removed. His prices are fair and reasonable, and he's overall just a really good person. I would recommend him many times over, and already have had the opportunity to do so. His is now the ONLY service I will call.

Mr. Swarbrick was very responsive. He treated my kitchen and basement and I haven't seen a roach since. He did not think the problem was extensive, as he did not see any signs of roaches when he was here, but he did the treatment and provided instructions that if we saw any roaches to contact him immediately. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend him. So far we haven't seen a single roach since his treatment, and it's been at least a month. Thanks, Mr. Swarbrick!

Mark responded to our phone call promptly .He did a complete initial inspection . He arrived on time for the treatment.Mark did a superb job of removing a bed bug infestation in our home. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable . Mark answered all of our questions . He gave very detailed instructions regarding preparing our home for his treatment . We would definitely hire him for any future problems .

I had yellow jackets coming up from the ground in a nest by my front door. Some days, they were swarming and I could not use the front door. I tried spraying the nest, but it only seemed to make it worse. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Eco-Friendly Pest Solutions. My friend had used them and could not say enough good things about them. Mark contacted me back the same day. He came the next day and took care of the nest. He was very patient and explained what he was going to do, and answered all of my questions. Not only that but he was extremely personable and easy to talk to. I was surprised at how easy and fast the process was - it was not even an hour. I highly recommend him and, if I need to, will definitely be using them in the future!

We called to have a wasp nest taken down outside of our kitchen. They were starting to get into the house. Mark came the next day as promised. We were comforted knowing that our daughter and pets would be safe because the products used are eco-friendly. We will definitely be using him again.

I have had an insect infestation during certain times of year. This was an ongoing concern. My own attempts to eradicate the insects failed. In our first conservation Mark was able to identify the insect just by my description. He gave me the cause of the infestation and the remedies. After the free consultation I had Mark out to my house to inspect. The inspection was as he thought and he made an application at that time. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable.
