+ 6 moreThey have been beyond excellent and we have used them for over 25 years. We would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them.
Description of Work: They have done roofing, spouting and gutters, refinished our basement, put in a floor in our attic. rehung a pocket door, did drywall work, put in shelving, repaired a window, rebuilt a damaged mailbox etc.

+ 0 moreIt was all good. The work they did was good. The estimate was spot on and there was no hidden cost. The work that they did was great. I have no problem with the work they did 10 years ago. The workmanship they did was good. I didn't have any issues. They did the front of my house as well. The work they did, doesn't look like an add on, but it looks like something where it belongs.

+ -1 moreOld roof removed and hauled away. New roof installed in short time. Part of roof was shingles and part was rubber roofing. Everything looks perfect. Later a porch roof was built and it looks like it was always there. Excellent workmanship!

+ 0 moreYoder Construction built my new shop at home, a 40x52x14 Detached. I looked at jobs they had done for other customers before I had mine built and liked what I saw. I didnt shop around, I knew I wanted them to build it, and I wasnt disappointed. I worked as a commercial and residential plumber, and now as a machinist. So I may be a bit too critical of details at times, by nature, but their work satisfied me, and that is saying something. I would reccomend them strongly over other outfits, the price was competitive but the quality is what stood out the best for me as I feel strongly that “you get what you pay for” A+ to Leroy and the boys!
