Marlin showed up exactly when he promised, and after consulting with me regarding exactly what my expectations were, got to work. His cleanup was immaculate the first day, and when he left, although the job wasn't finished, it was a usable space. The second day, he showed up exactly when promised, and at the end of the day, cleaned up to the point that the only way to know he'd been there is that my deck and steps were done! I referred him to a neighbor, and will definitely hire him again to do another project that I'm planning for later this year. Great craftsman!

Lehman was good.

Overall we are extremely pleased at the finished product. Estimate was done in a professional timely manner. Once accepted, it took awhile to get on the schedule to have work done. Job was completed as promised.

We contacted at least ten contractors for deck estimates. We received only four. We chose Lehman's because their price was right in the middle of the four and they were highly responsive and professional. Karlin worked with us via phone, email, and even made additional trips out to our house to go over deck colors and additional ideas that my wife and I had. Once construction began Karlin and his team arrived on time each day, kept us in the loop on any issues or problems, handled changes that we had professionally without any issues, and worked quickly to get the deck completed. Our house is on a hill so bringing the deck around the side of the house was difficult as that side had the gas line/meter, but we really wanted the deck stairs to come that way to eliminate walking down the hill to go up the steps. Karlin and his team came up with great idea to angle the stairway slightly away from the gas meter and then re-graded the area around the new stairway, so we got exactly what we wanted. No walking down the hill to go up the steps. Another item we needed was that our sump pump pipe emptied right next to the house and was also on the side where the steps would go. Karlin and his team buried the sump pipe pipe and took the pipe down the hill and connected it to the downspout pipe which we asked to be buried as well and then piped both further out into yard and away from the house. We love our deck and would use Lehman Exteriors again and would recommend them to others.

Our home is new construction (4 years old) and we decided to add a deck. We received at least 5 different quotes from various contractors and Lehman Exteriors was the most reasonably priced. He was punctual for the estimate appointment and thorough in answering all of my husband's questions. After we had decided to use Lehman Exteriors for the installation of our deck, he returned to our home for measurements, final pricing, etc. He completed the deck in 3 days - he worked alone for the first 2 days and had the help of one additional person on the third day. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and we have received many compliments, as well. We will most definitely use Lehman Exteriors for future projects.

It was fine and he's good. He came to the house very professional. I just couldn't use them because of the timeline.

It was fine and there were no problems. His price was low compared to the others.

It went very well (as I has expected) from start to finish. He also completed our neighbor's front and side porch (other half of duplex) at the same time. Tore off all of the old wood, checked underdecking, installed new composite tongue & groove porch flooring & skirting. Hauled all of the old materials away and cleaned up the job each of the 4 days he was there working. Extremely satisfied!

Called Karlin for an estimate to perform the work. We made an appointment, went over the scope of work. Karlin called with an estimate within 3 - 5 days. Started work within a couple of weeks. Showed up to work when he said he would, always cleaned up at the end of each workday. Eerything went very well. No complaints!
