Excellent Company, professional and personal. Two gents came and quickly diagnosed the issue and I was back to normal in less than 30 minutes. These guys are really good, came when they said, and didn't charge me an arm and a legs. Can't say enough good about the company....top notch!

This provider relies on word-of-mouth and referrals for business so I thought it was time, a bit overdue actually, that I add them to Angieslist and get them rolling with their first review. ProAir Heating and Cooling LLC, not to be confused with AirPro, is a smaller HVAC company that provides excellent quality work with very affordable prices. My wife was the one who found them through co-worker and calling them was the best decision I could have made. I was put in a difficult situation with a furnace that was a danger to our health and safety and several other contractors were trying to take advantage of that situation and heavily profit from us. Marc vowed to help us before and after the installation of a new unit and accommodated requests that other contractors would not. Marc (the owner/operator) and his technician (Bob) came out and confirmed what the others had stated but provided us a much more affordable estimate for a better unit than the other contractors were offering. They both actually laughed and shook their heads at the other estimates that I had received and how much these other companies were trying to rip us off. Furthermore, I wanted to upgrade some things by adding a whole house air humidifier and air media filter to the unit and they were able to do so at a much more affordable price than what the other companies quoted me at. In fact, they install the whole house air media filters standard on their units, which is something other companies charge significantly extra to do. Within a couple of days I scheduled the work and a job that other companies said would take more than one day, took Bob and his assistant just a few hours to complete. The quality is outstanding and the new unit is a significant upgrade over the old. You can literally feel the difference in the home and see the difference on your energy bills. Having the media filter has been awesome for myself and my wife's allergies and having the humidifier really helps to reduce heating costs and provides much higher quality air in the winter time. They also do hot water tanks and I will definitely be using them for my upgrade as well as a new air conditioner in the next couple of years. As a new home owner, having a quality HVAC company like this is a huge asset. Whenever I have a problem, I do not have to worry about finding the best price and then worrying about quality, I just have to give these guys a call and let them do their thing.
