About us

I am a former registered locksmith, a former auto mechanic and owner and renter of several properties, for which I provide ALL of the maintenance for over 25 years. My skills are: Most popular lock installations/repairs/maintenance. General electrical repairs and installations such as lighting, switches and outlets. Basic plumbing including replacing faucets, some toilet replacement and repair. Basic painting, wall refurbishment and cleaning. House cleaning and simple carpet cleaning. Furniture assembly. Outdoor maintenance including small lawn cutting, weed maintenance and removal, hedge trimming, ETC..Intermediate level, onsite/at home vehicle maintenance including oil changes, basic tune ups, flat repairs, interior detailing etc. NO JOB TO0 SMALL! I pride myself on being honest (to my own detriment) and providing FRIENDLY customer service. English is my primary language but I have some basic Spanish speaking/understanding.
