Michael Heath Construction

Michael Heath Construction built a deck at my property in 2006. And this week I discover that they didn't install flashing leaving a wall exposed to rain water. The wall is totally rotten and possibly beams... The moues did wholes in rotten plywood and entered the house. The company violated the code and caused extensive and expensive to repair damage. Regret I didnt find it earlier, so I could sue Michael for the "job" before he retires...

We moved into the area, needed a contractor to remodel our bathrooms and had no word of mouth referrals. We spoke with a couple of contractors before picking Mike Heath we tested him out on our secondary bathroom and pulled him back in to do our master bathroom 6 months later. He did a fantastic job, was willing to install what we selected from where we purchased it (not just go where he pointed), installed problem free on time and for the money he quoted. Could not speak more highly of hiring a contractor and will get in back in for our kitchen.

MIKE HAS THE MOST POSITIVE ATTITUDE WE'VE EVER SEEN! A GENTLE GIANT, MIKE WAS BY FAR THE MOST PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR WE'VE ENCOUNTERED. PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND HIGHLY SKILLED, MIKE FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. HE WAS HERE PROMPTLY EVERY DAY, AND DID NOT HESITATE TO MAKE POSITIVE SUGGESTIONS DURING THE RENO. HIS CHOICE OF SHOWER DOOR WAS "SPOT ON", AND HE TRANSFORMED OUR BATHROOM FROM AN "UGLY DUCKLING" INTO LITERALLY A SHOW PLACE......BY FAR THE NICEST ROOM IN THE HOUSE. WE PLAN ON HAVING HIM RETURN FOR NEW WALLS IN OUR DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, AND MASTER BEDROOM, AS WELL AS A PARTIAL KITCHEN RENO. (WISH WE KNEW ABOUT HIM BEFORE WE HAD OUR KITCHEN REMODELLED.) WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

We have used Mike Heath Construction for several years now in various capacities in our apartment buildings. He is an extremely capable contractor who has the skills and abilities to do many different types of jobs. He has been very creative at finding ways to complete our jobs in timely and economical manner. Mike has a very positive attitude. On many occasions his work requires him to interact with our tenants and they always feel comfortable with him. We have used him for smaller jobs such as minor repairs to larger projects such as the construction of a large one story addition. We expect to continue our relationship with Mike Heath Construction and can without hesitation recommend him and his work.

The jobs were done in a timely manner and at the cost he gave in the estimate. He did an outstanding job in all three rooms. We are so impressed with his work we are contracting him to more work in our home.
