All in all, it was a good experience. Lisa was knowledgeable and helpful regarding the types and styles of flooring material, and offered samples to try at home. The installers were excellent, professional, and thorough. They cleaned up very well, and were efficient workers and pleasant to work with. The floor looks terrific. As a side note: we chose Stout based on friends' recommendations. We had bad experiences with another flooring company, and did not trust that company any longer.

While I did have to pay a small amount for the measuring service/quotation, the quote that I received was very competitive and actually fit my budget. I compared their prices and services with 5 competitors and Stout's came out on top - no haggling was necessary. The quality and selection of the carpets/vinyl in their showroom is impressive and they provided honest feedback on the different styles when I was deciding what to purchase. Frank and Andy performed the installation and did an excellent job - both very prompt and professional. I'll be recommending them to friends/family members.
