He came when he said that he would come, he was efficient in removing the items, he recycles what he can, and boy does he work fast! He brought one helper with him and they made removing the items seem effortless. We would definitely use his services again. Great guy!

Description of Work: Jimmy started out picking up a load of junk in the garage of a relative's house we were cleaning out to get it ready to sell. The cost was about $250 and it was clear that we would have another load to follow. Jimmy was responsive and on time each time he came. We ended up having Jimmy run an estate sale for us which worked out very well. Especially since he knew what he was doing and this was new to us. He said we'd have a line out the door waiting for the sale and we did. Jimmy also has a network of dealers that he got to come too. He arranged for a charity to come afterward and take a lot of what didn't sell. He carted off what remained, swept up afterward and left us with a broom clean house & garage. As a side note, we timed putting the house on the market to coincide with the estate sale which produced a quick contract. That sale did fall through but we got lots of extra exposure for the house. Jimmy did a great job and we couldn't be happier with his service.

+ -1 moreHe arrived promptly and was very professional. Jim will come and look over what you need hauled, he will give you a fair price, and then if you agree, he will get right to work. He has no problem jumping in and working hard. Jim cleaned out a rental house that just had too much stuff left in it for me. When I looked in the house I felt overwhelmed, but Jim never lost his good mood, he just worked away. He is also very conscientious of your house and your neighbors. I would call again and will recommend him to all of my friends.
Description of Work: Jim was wonderful! He cleaned out two houses for me and did a great job.

They had already warned me of the minimum price and gave me an official price when they saw the extent of the pile to be removed. They worked quickly and efficiently and even swept up the old leaves that had gathered around the debris in the carport. I'll definitely call them again, the next time junk piles up.
Description of Work: We had had toilet/shower/stall removed from our basement, but all the wood and floor pieces, etc. were in our carport and needed to be removed.

+ -1 moreHe was good, he didn't overcharge, he gave us a good price and everything. He loaded everything, we didn't have to do anything. We didn't have to have stuff sitting out for him or anything, he would get it where it was at. He came with another gentleman and they loaded up. It was a fair price both times that we used him. I don't have one complaint at all. He was here on time, he was fast getting the stuff loaded and he was out of here and he gave us a fair price. He said it was a little out of his way but he came.

+ -1 moreFrom the time I first talked to Jim on the phone he was very nice and professional. He was able to come out the next day in freezing weather and remove ALL of our junk! Other haulers we looked into would only take part or would charge extra for some items. My husband was big on having everything moved at one time so we went with Jimmy the Junkman even though the coupon for another hauler was cheaper and were very happy with our choice. Good price for taking everything! We would absolutely use him again and I have already recommended him to my coworkers. My father in law was at home at the time of removal and was also very impressed and said he liked talking to him :)

+ -1 moreJim and his assistant arrived early and started immediately. He took several large pieces of serviceable furniture that he would donate and then he started in the basement. I moved my parents to be closer to family so all items in the basement had to go. He worked nonstop for about 2 hours and by then his truck was full. He left to empty the truck and said he would be back as soon as he emptied it. He again arrived a little earlier than he planned and finished the basement. Although he had to make two trips he honored his original quote. Jim as a honest hard working individual. I would definitely use his services again.
Description of Work: Emptied the basement of a single family home with almost 50 years of accumulated furniture, tools, and "junk".

+ -1 moreThe experience was outstanding. He actually arrive a little early for our appointment, he brought a helper to move things, both of them were extremely polite and courteous. I showed them where the things were that I wanted removed and they took care of everything else. While removing the items they worked efficiently but were very careful not to damage anything while taking them out to the truck. The job they did was thorough and you could really tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Plus on top of all that, his prices are extremely reasonable. I can't recommend him enough.
