Neil was prompt and the first one to respond on providing an estimate, which was very reasonable. He and his crew arrived to perform the work when indicated and acted professionally. The quality of work was very good and everything was put back as if nothing had taken place. We are pleased with the job.

I found Neil's company on Angie's list. When I called to set up an estimate, he called me back the very next day. He came to my home the next day and was very easy to talk to you. His estimate was very fair. The day of job, Neil was very professional and neat. He gave very good advice on paint colors which we needed because we chose the wrong colors at first. Do yourself a favor and ask for his input. The quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him for all my painting jobs.

So pleased with the finished job! Cabinets look brand new and all the new cabinetry and moldings match perfect. He pays attention to details. Painting is perfect. Neil Hoover is very professional and does outstanding work. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Mr. Hoover responded to our inquiry and provided a thorough estimate and a candid idea of availability for interior work. Hooever completed exterior last fall before the cold weather and returned in February to work on the interior. Professional job and conduct throughout. 2-3 painters arrived on schedule, worked steadly and were polite and courteous. Mr. Hoovet communicated plans day-to-day so there were no surprises. A couple small punchlist items were completed immediately. Stayed within estimate for services.

I highly recommend Hoover Painting!! We found Neil Hoover's services on Angie's List. We asked him to stain a set of interior rails from light to dark. We hated the color of our rails but after Hoover Painting's staining, they are a true showpiece. The color is exactly what we wanted. Neil worked with us to ensure the color was perfect. He provided us with samples of various colors until we found the one we liked, and when he completed the job our rails were OUTSTANDING!! In addiition, after he completed the rail transformation, we asked him to paint a firplace cover for us but we didn't quite know what color to choose, he has an expert eye because he took our 80's gold fireplace cover and changed it into a true work of art. We are more then satisfied with Hoover Painting and would recommend his services to any of our friends and family. We are so happy with Hoover Painting that we are also hoping we can have Neil paint the exterior of our entire house next year. If you have ANY painting needs, HIRE HOOVER PAINTING!! It was a great experience. It was top notch service. He was the only one to call us back. He came out and responded very promptly. He came on his way home from work for the estimate and then we had the estimate that same evening. The painting work was very professional, you could not ask for better. He was very professional and did excellent work. I can't say enough good things about him.

Neil Hoover did a faux finish on our kitchen walls during our kitchen remodel. He started by giving a prompt estimate of the work and provided samples of the different types of faux finishes so that we could make the right choice for us. He helped with color choices as well. The work completed was just as the sample we chose and we are completely satisfied with the finished work. Next, Neil did a metallic paint job on our new oven hood. Again he gave us both ideas and samples of what the job would look like and once again Neil finished the job to perfection. We like the work so much that we have asked Neil to custom paint an armoire that needed changed to fit the new color scheme of our kitchen remodel. Can't wait to see the finished product, we know it will be great. Neil has met every deadline, showed up every day on time when scheduled. Neil is very professional and you can tell that he really cares about what he does and wants to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend Hoover Painting.

It went excellent. Mr. Hoover addressed my concerns and listened to our style and ideas. He proposed a stripped pattern on the largest wall that went to the cathedral ceiling. Then he recommenced a complimenting color on the alternate ways. Then Mr. hoover was able to tie in to the colors in our new kitchen. It was amazing!!!! He is a true artist and skilled craftsman.!!!! His finished product is not the topic of conversation when sitting in our sun room. THANK YOU MR. HOOVER!!!

Hoover Painting located at 13211 Sylvia drive, North Huntington, PA 15642 performed incredibly.My walls were very damaged after I remove very old wallpaper. The paper on the dry wall was torn all over the place.Mr. Hoover came out and gave me a great estimate to repair the walls with joint compound skim coat and then painted everything, quickly and efficiently. Did an incredible job!!!!On one of my walls, he truly showed his amazing skills with his Faux painting technique. He listened to what my style was and what I would like to see. He suggested a few options and painted a sample board for me. I picked one of his samples.Let me just tell you, the result was nothing short of artwork!!!! Just simply amazing. He also did some carpentry work trimming out my base boards and around my unfinished bathroom. The seam work was excellent!!!!

I heard about Hoover Painting through a friend who recently remodeled his house. I spoke with the owner and he was able to come out to do an estimate the next day. He was very helpful in assessing the current wall conditions and discussing options for color and patterns in each room. After picking the colors, we scheduled a time for the following weekend. He was very flexible with my schedule. The prices were reasonable and the work was completed quickly. He does high quality work and I love the way everything turned out! Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would use his company in the future.
