Everything was going smooth until a discrepancy arose on what limb to cut. I can certainly understand me po9nting at a branch to cut and they took it as another. A big thing was that when we were discussing which limb to cut I wanted the entire limb cut that overhung the neighbors yard but they saw it is though I only wanted the largest limb cut. I wanted the entire group of branches cut. Well thay led to confusion and torment. NOW one of the owners of the business to start throwing caustic remarks like "I know what alcoholism and bi polarizm is" and other statements every few minutes. It was totally humiliating. Why would he say things like that!? We disagreed and we worked it out with the help of the normal owners but this guy eas doing nothing but humiliating me. I mentioned nothing to him prior to his attacks. That is just not professional business etiquette. Im still shocked and outraged about the entire thing and there's more. I even paid 25% more then thier original estimate..

crew removed a dozen trees in 2 days, much faster than I though the job would take. was about a week delay till second part of job, grinding the tree stumps was started but that only took a day

The father came and gave us an estimate. We agreed on a price and time for removal. This is a family business, so the father, his two sons, and a cousin arrived at the agreed time. They got right to work, and everyone knew their job, so they each got to it. They were very careful of my property, and did not damage anything. They cleaned up all the debris, even the front street where their trucks and chipper were parked. They came with the proper tools, and took care to maintain their equipment. When they left, it was hard to tell that I just had tree work done on my property. They took a break and welcomed my many questions. We chatted, and shared stories with each other. They definitely are a nice family, and take pride in the quality work they do. I certainly would have them back again to do more tree work for me.

Four workers arrived at the scheduled time, and began work. Everything that was scheduled, at a previous estimate visit, was preformed flawlessly. Great care was taken not to damage my property. When the job was finished, you could not tell major tree work had been preformed. There were no branches, leaves or chips to be seen. I am sure to the joy of my neighbors the street was thoroughly cleaned too. This is a family business, and all the workers were related. They all were friendly, and took great pride in their work. I highly recommend Beidler Tree Service for any tree work you need. I certainly would have them back again for additional tree work that I need.

Cut down 8 mature trees of varying sizes, pruned/topped/shaped 10 additional mature trees, mostly maples, chipped/removed all associated debris, and did stump grinding/removal of surface roots. This service took exceptional care of lawn surfaces, not working when the lawn was wet after rains and waiting until it was dry and firm, and accessed it from a neighboring property. Beidler Tree Service re-arranged their scheduling to accommodate us before inclement winter weather started. They were extremely professional, possessing proper equipment and safety accessories. And, other than the pruned and topped trees, and of course, the missing ones, you can't really tell they were there...no truck treads in the lawn or messy wood chips! Property looks GREAT! They provided a full and complete written estimate, taking care to fully assess the job, our property, surrounding property, and access routes, and even made contact with our neighbors to ensure their permission and cooperation with the access route. They will return in the spring to fill in root holes with top soil, lawn seed, and straw cover.
