+ -1 moreHe was fast, efficient and courteous. I also showed him several other things that needed repaired and he told me what he could & couldn't help me with and gave me an approximate cost. I feel very lucky to find a handyman that I can trust and who has reasonable prices.
Description of Work: Replaced a wooden trellis pole that was broken. Also replaced several broken shingles on the house roof.

+ 0 moreThe interaction was excellent. The amount of time he spent on it and the quality of the work was excellent. He let us know what he was doing each step of the way. He came and got us and showed us what caused the problem and what he was going to do to fix it.
Description of Work: We used Kevin's Property Services to repair a stud that become bowed in the side of the house.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with Kevin's Property Services. They were very punctual. They did a great job on the painting. They did it in one day which I was very pleased with. They were very nice and polite. They respected that I worked at home so they worked in the crew and they didn't make a lot of noise. They worked very quickly and professionally. Their clean-up was immaculate. I plan to use them in the future.
Description of Work: Kevin's Property Services painted the master's bedroom, the hallway and the master's bathroom.

+ -1 moreI found Kevin to be punctual, professional and very patient regarding my many questions. I would not hesitate to use his services again if needed.
Description of Work: I initially hired Kevin to lay some outdoor carpet on the small balcony at the back of my house. However, upon closer inspection, he found that the surface under the carpet was rotten. He replaced the under surface and laid the carpet. The price was more than quoted but, more work was necessary than first thought.

Description of Work: Kevin has done yard, tree and painting work for us. I cannot say enough positive things about Kevin and I cannot think of a single negative. He is punctual, fair, charges by the hour, very fast and efficient, trustworthy, friendly, helpful, takes great responsibility for and pride in his work as if it is his own house; in other words, if you need a handyman, look no further.
