It went great. He figured out the problem and proceeded to fix it. Cleaned up when done. Very pleased.

This was the second time in a month we had used Abingdon Appliance. In June, our a/c stopped running. I called Mark Martin of AA at the recommendation of a friend and he said he would come the next morning. About an hour after our conversation he called back to say he'd had a cancellation and was on his way. Music to our ears! When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately, he had the part which needed replacing with him and was quickly finished. Excellent work, done efficiently. A month later during the awful heat wave, our attic fan died and Mark arrived the morning after I called him with the motor needed to get our fan running again. Another job done well under challenging circumstances; he came first thing in the morning before the temperature really rose but our attic was already well over 90 degrees. Both times we felt the price he charged was reasonable. I've already passed Mark's name on to others who have used him and been very pleased with his work and promptness.

THE SERVICE MAN CALLED 1/2 HOUR BEFORE ARRIVING, AND WAS ON TIME. HE WAS CLEAN CUT AND PROFESSIONAL, AND WAS VERY HONEST WITH HIS ASSESSMENT, AS TO FIXING THE OLD ONE OR BUYING A NEW ONE. WE BOUGHT THE NEW ONE AT LOWES.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE. THE MAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, AND WAS ABLE TO DETECT IMMEDIATELY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE FREEZER. HE HAD THE PART RIGHT ON HIS TRUCK SO THAT HE WAS ABLE TO REPLACE THE ICE MAKER RIGHT THEN AND THERE, INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT FOR THE PART TO COME IN.

THE SERVICE MAN IS EXTREMELY HONEST. HE WILL DO EVERYTHING HE CAN TO KEEP COSTS DOWN AND REPLACE ONLY WHAT IS NECESSARY. HE EVEN CAME BACK TO RE-CHECK ON A LEAK IN THE WASHING MACHINE AND DID NOT CHARGE FOR A SERVICE CALL.
