Johnston replaced water heater on 9 January 2014. Should have still been under warranty. Water heater had significant leak on 7 December 2018, less than 5 years old. Attempted to contact Johnston Plumbing and left minimum of four voice mail messages. No return calls. Had to rely on new plumber and no recognition of warranty. Johnston Plumbing unreliable to stand by its services and products.
