Doug was great to work with. He took time to train with my dog and me . Best investment I could have made . My German Shepherd loves her 2 acres of freedom and gives me peace of mind. 2 days she knew her boundaries.

This was our first experience with an electric fence. This owner made this experience so easy going and we are greatly satisfied with the finished product. Our dog is doing very well staying within her parameters.

We had a great experience with Doug. He walked us through the whole process, install was quick and easy, and he took the time to train our dog and show us how all the equipment worked. He was even available after the job when we had questions (and when our dog destroyed the buckle on her collar and we needed a new one!). Would definitely recommend.

Mr Beal is a very nice man.

Doug was very professional and courteous. He explained the use of the fence and the collars when he was complete. He also walked the dogs around the yard and explained how to set the boundaries for the dogs. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I have called him a few times since the install and did not get a reply back in a timely manner. I had to call back multiple times to speak with him. I have had no complaints since the equipment was installed. We have 2 German Shepards and they do not go through the fence..

This was so far a great experience. They were knowledgeable and also took time to teach how to use the equipment. Was very fixable with my busy schedule.

Speedy service, and very reasonable

Doug and his assistant (a great guy- so sorry I don't recall his first name) were willing to lay the wire down where I requested which included a narrow path between bushes and the backyard fence. I madly trimmed as they laid wire down behind me! Not once did they complain, criticize, or try to talk me out of my request. They respectfully and cheerfully complied. I was really impressed and appreciated their professional, can-do attitude. Doug took time to introduce my family and dog to the collar and signal training. He was knowledgeable and reassuring of his ongoing support should it be necessary. I am very pleased with the service provided to us by Doug Beal.
