Description of Work: Repaired Furnace, and pipes.

Description of Work: I purchased 1700 gallons of fuel oil for the heating season and set up for regular delivery, approx monthly. This way they can come when the weather is better and not when we desperately need it and the roads are icy as happened last year when I would call based on my tank level. The buy ahead plan is cheaper than pay as you use it, if pricing is steady or on the increase. But, when prices drop, you lose out. |When they call before making a delivery, so we can unlock the gate, it doesn't come up on Caller ID as Aero Energy and we miss some calls, thinking it is a telemarketer. But, they are helpful in getting another delivery attempt made.

Description of Work: I had used Paradee gas for a number of years as I was leasing a tank from them. I was supposed to be charged "market rate" and was surprised that the cost charged was $3.69 per gallon in December when they had charged me only $1.44/gallon in October. I called other companies and found that they charged between $1.79 and $2.69. Granted, there is a premium when you lease the tank, but I was told by other companies that this was usually about $.20 per gallon. Paradee could not provide any reason why their charge was so high so I started investigating buying my own tank so that I would not be held hostage by such unethical business practices. |The rep from AERO was great, answered my questions so that I could make an informed decision and even came to the house to discuss alternatives. AERO also gave me a great rate, guaranteed for 900 gallons. |Couldn't be happier with their service or price.

Description of Work: My furnace would not fire. They replaced the gas valve and they also reset all of the pressures for the valves. They spent alot of time here and also came back several times because it took a couple times to get everything set properly. I think they did a very good job and would recommend them.

Description of Work: They put in a new 83 % efficiency boiler. All was good except for the info and set up of the thermostat. Conflict between high efficiency air conditioner and the new boiler. A problem with the previous instalation of the Carrier air conditioner by Aero Energy 4 years ago and the new boiler.

Description of Work: Aero Energy installed a gas tank for a generator. They arrived slightly early and were very professional. |

Description of Work: Flushed hot water heater. Checked sediment. Checked carbon monoxide emission. Checked water pressure. Looked at all toilets and sinks. The person who came was professional and helpful in answering my questions. He had suggestions for a few things I could do to improve efficiency but was not at all pushy.
