I would like to wholeheartedly thank Grand Opening Windows and particularly Denin for their extraordinary customer support. Denin came in on a short notice on a weekend to help me close the window that got misaligned during cleaning. He had to leave his family gathering to assist me. They treat their customers like family!!! Hope I never have to call them again, but if I do, I know that I will be in great hands! Thank you for all you do!

I was very satisfied from the beginning with the first phone call from the salesman (who was kind enough to meet with me three different times while I made decisions!) through the installation of two front doors on my home. I was especially impressed with the Project/Service Manager after the crew were completely finished and gone. This gentleman took his time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. Even clear caulked around the far edges of the doors and made a minor adjustment to the door handle to make sure things were "just right." Thank you, GOW&Ds!

I replaced all windows in my house, The workers were very courteous and worked in a timely manner. They cleaned up very well before leaving. I had an issue with 2 windows and they were more than happy to come out at my convenience to fix the problem. I can honestly say that I am now getting a new front door pre autumn this year. Very pleased with how I was treated, the friendly guys that installed the windows, and a good discount on my new front door. I would definitely consider them in the future.

I had a great experience, from the sales consultant, through to the installation crew. I ordered 26 windows, no two of which were the same size, for my old house. The windows were delivered in literally half the time that other companies were quoting me and the team installed them very soon after. The installation process went very smoothly and the attention to detail finishing the interior pvc trim and the exterior aluminum trim exceeded my expectations. The pricing was competitive for the well specified provia windows. I would have no hesitation in recommending Grand Opening Windows and Doors. Don't fall for the high pressure sales techniques and lower specifications/warranties of some companies when you can work with a company of integrity and quality like Grand Opening Windows and Doors.

We waited a long time to replace our exterior doors knowing it would be a big investment and wanting to make the best decision. Troy guided us through the whole process and helped us with the minute details. We were impressed by the variety of choices and also the value for the price. The crew that came to replace the doors were courteous, prompt and efficient. Troy kept in contact with us and made sure we were satisfied. They replaced 5 exterior doors for us in 2 days, and did an amazing job. Our new doors dramatically improved the appearance of our home. We are extremely pleased!!

I had a contract to replace all the windows and doors in my home except the sliding glass patio doors because I had already purchased them elsewhere. This company was gracious enough to install them for free even though it was not their product! They even went the extra mile and clad all my exterior wood trim in aluminum, so that I wouldn't have to paint it ever and so that it matched the rest of their installs! Definitely a class outfit!!!

We were new to the market for windows and doors and were in sticker shock when we got the quote. But our 65 year old home was tired and in need of an update ... some of our windows were single pane and we were still hanging the old fashioned storm windows in the fall. The product that was supplied was outstanding and so was the installation. The crew was great to work with. We definitely feel like we got our money's worth! This process from start to finish was great. Troy responded to our request and was able to come give us a quote within a day of contacting them. We had to wait about 6 weeks for them to come do the job, but that was the standard wait time I was getting from the other companies I got quotes from. They were in an out in about 4 hours and did a great job. They left nothing behind but beautiful windows. We're extremely happy and would recommend them to anybody.
