custom cabinets, cabinet refacing

Description of Work: They are a sham. I would never use them again. They paint a picture of beautiful cabinets and then are never to be heard from, phones turned off, unresponsive. When they finally do return calls weeks after a deadline they promised they would meet (and after receiving a deposit that they demand to begin work), they want to show up at weird hours and then "complete" the work in a crappy unprofessional manner. Paint on cabinets doesn't match and when you point it out, they act like they don't agree. Totally unprofessional. Finally decided to find out what the deal was and went to their place of business which is a hole in the wall garage. They are sleazy and unprofessional. Would never give these people a dime again and would never trust them in a home or recommend them to anyone. They caused so much stress to my family. No wonder they have an F on the BBB website. I wish I had researched that before I enlisted their help.

custom cabinets

Description of Work: Contractor installed kitchen cabinets (boxes only) and counter top. Contractor failed to complete the installation of doors, pull outs, side panels, trim. Contractor response was terrible , I had to take this contractor to small court. As of today I am still waiting for the return of a portion of our down payment. We also filed a complaint with the BBB. Contract was non responsive to the BBB request. Contractor never completed the contract
