Instead of replacing my high back gutters they came and cut off part of it and put a new gutter beneath it by riveting it together. They sent an inexperienced person out to give me an estimate twice, two different people gave me the wrong estimates twice. When the roofing manager came out the third time he said it would be $8400 more for what they should have done in the first place for my copper gutters. They were inexperienced and unprofessional, the situation was sadly ridiculous. The first two guys who came out to see me to give estimates aren't even working there anymore. I had more damage during the first year because of their gutters; the inappropriately installed gutters created even more water damage inside and outside my house. I had three other professional people come to look at and repair this gutter work and they were in disbelief when they saw how the work had been done. Do not use Schultheis.

Jim was an excellent salesman who came to my home mid winter and explained to me what he assessed during the roofing inspection. I was so impressed that he went up on the roof during our most recent winter. He sent an estimate to me within one week and it was truly very reasonable. The men who came to do the job, most especially Ken and Steve and all of the workers, were very professional, clean, and took a considerable amount of time in my yard to make sure that nails were not left behind as I have two very active dogs that have full roam of the large back yard. Ken was a true leader of the team of roofers, and each person demonstrated such commitment to the project at hand, arriving early and leaving late. Steve and Ron returned to complete the roof on the backyard shed that was worn and rotted. They did an amazing job! Thank you so much Schultheis Brothers for hiring such a crew of very skilled, caring, professional men who have helped make my home so much more safer in all kinds of weather! Excellent work!!
