Description of Work: Owner is a liar. Did not honor his contract. Left without telling me he would not do my grass anymore. Never received discount stated in contract for 1st grass cutting. People working for him do shabby work. Would not move swing so grass continued to grow up to the seat by and around the swing. Sends 1 bill for 4 times cutting grass then tells you that you are slow pay. I would rather have a goat do my grass than to have him do my work

 + -1 moreTHEY GUIDED US THRU CHOOSING AN APPROPRIATE WALL, COLOR, DESIGN. CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, FINISHED WITHIN THE 3 DAYS THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE. THE CREW WAS PLEASANT, POLITE, AND OBVIOUSLY TOOK GREAT CARE AND PRIDE IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE WORK TURNED OUT EVEN BETTER THAN WE HAD HOPED. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION FOR ANY OUTDOOR WORK WE WOULD CONSIDER HAVING DONE.
Description of Work: S & B REMOVED AN OLD RAILROAD TIE WALL, CUT AWAY PART OF HILL TO ENLARGE PARKING AREA, PUT IN A VERSA-LOC WALL RUNNING 25 FEET X 3 FT HIGH AT HOUSE AND SLOPING TO 1.5 FT AT END, ALSO BUILT STEPS, ADDED TOPSOIL, RESEEDED LAWN AREA AFFECTED, SECURED BORDER OF PARKING AREA WITH TIES, AND ADDED GRAVEL.
