This was one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor from initial contact to completion of the work. We are very pleased with the finished results! Mr. Patterson and his crew are very professional and did a beautiful job. We would definitely hire again and recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof, siding, or trim.

I called Bill Patterson and left a message to get a quote. He called me back the same night and made an appointment to get an estimate. He drove over that week an gave me a quote and guaranteed the cost would not go over that amount. He advised me he could do it the following week and that he would call 3 days before he could complete the job as he was on a different job at the time. As he promised he called on Tuesday and scheduled to come out on Friday. On Friday he showed up at 8:00am with his crew and completed the job in 7-8 Hours. The work looks exceptional and he matched the shingles exactly to those on the main roof. He finished up just as I arrived home and gave me a summary of what he performed. All debris was cleaned up and the yard was tidy. My dealings with Bill were professional and courteous and he gave me a quote better than two other contractors and stuck to the price. I will use him again and I suggest you do too.

I called and left a message about getting the provider to come look at a roof leak I have. Provider NEVER returned my call.

If you call them and leave a message, he'll get back to you in the early evening or the next morning as he is out working most of the day. I was pleased with the finished job. They were very respectful while working, reliable, and I would use them again.

I called Patterson Construction because of a leak causing water to come through my dining room ceiling. Mr Patterson arrived promptly in an hour after my call. I was pleased that he could come so quickly because this problem had the potential to cause very expensive damages. It was a difficult problem to diagnose and the rainy conditions added to the difficulty. They completed the job in a very professional manner.

Mr. Patterson and his crew are very personable and professional. Their work on this job was done well and was very affordable at half the price of a local competitor. Mr. Patterson returns calls as quickly as he can with a small business, being both the lead contractor and the manager of the business. We did encounter a delay returning calls, but it was a reasonable delay with honest reports of what occupied his time (such as work on another job or having a long weekend during a holiday). We highly recommend Patterson Construction, and we plan to contract with Mr. Patterson for future work on our home.

The work was done in a timely fashion, the area was well maintained during the project. The price was fair. Bill has done other work for me in the past ( building a garage, interior remodeling) and I have always been satisfied with his work. When Bill starts a project, he stays with it until it's completed.
