 + -1 moreOverall, the experience went well. Although a number of the new plants did not survive the brutal 2014-15 winter, they had a one year guarantee and were replaced at no additional cost. The swale solved the problem of the water runoff.
Description of Work: At an 18 unit condominium, extensive removal of dead and dying shrubs and replacing them with new shrubs, bushes, plants and ground cover. Construction of an earth swale to control extensive water runoff from a neighbor's property.
