It was fine. They were good when they came. They spent time and did testing before they gave me a quote, so they knew what they had to do. They got back quickly. It was a pretty detailed quote. It took them a little extra time because it was a holiday weekend with the Columbus state.

523 They came up next day after calling and gave us an estimate and started work a few days later. Taped the basement with plastic and worked all day, but did a excellent job.

I had three different quotes for this job. That is my normal method to understand where the "market price" might be on any particular job. Scott Petrikovic was the operations manager on my job. From the start he presented the most professional approach to everything from the initial quote to the final testing. He contacted me as situations arose on the job that we did not initially discuss and we worked them out. There was good comminication throughout the days they were on the job. They arrived when they said they would and preformed the work we agreed to in the quote and subsequent discussions. All to my satisfaction. While they were not the least expensive of the quotes the quality of their work provided the best value.

I first called Mold Men on a Saturday after discovering mold behind a wallpaper seam. The answering service took my name and number and within the hour Scott Petrikovic, the Operations Manager, returned my call. We made an appointment for Monday so that he could evaluate the problem. Scott was punctual, cheerful, friendly, courteous, and removed his shoes upon entering my home. He assessed the problem and was able to prepare an estimate that day and quickly got me into the their work schedule. Scott arrived prior to his workmen on the first day. He clearly communicated with me what to expect, and in fact, returned later in the day to evaluate and to discuss the progress with me. The workmen were thorough, very competent, courteous, friendly, and respectful of my home. I very much appreciate that Scott continually kept me updated and communicated very clearly throughout the process. The work was completed in a timely and professional way. I would not hesitate to call the Mold Men again if I need them. Because I am in real estate, I have referred them to others who have always been pleased with their work.

The job went well, they arrived on time and did what was in the work order. Communication was always available.

I used them to fix a roof leak that caused mold inside of an interior wall. Brian showed up on time and provided an estimate in a quick manner. All work was done to my satisfaction and communication was good.

Called and spoke with Brian, explained what areas were in need of extensive mold remediation...made appointment for him to come out, he never called me back, showed up, or returned my calls. As nice as he was on the telephone, that behavior is very unprofessional.

I discovered mold in the basement of my mother's home when she was moving out and I needed to prepare the home for selling. I don't live in the area, so I "googled" mold remediation and contacted Mold Men of Pittsburgh. All phone calls were answered in appropriate time. Appointments were scheduled to accommodate my limited availability. Work was performed as scheduled and appeared to be thorough. Although I never met the crew, Bryan, whom I met to do the testing and proposals, was professional, friendly, and respectful of my mother's home. They have given me a one year guarantee that is transferrable to the new buyer.

THE WORK BEGAN IN MARCH, IT IS NOW JUNE AND THE JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE. I'VE TALKED WITH THE PROJECT MANAGER AND HE KEEPS SAYING HE'LL SEND PEOPLE OUT, BUT THEN THEY DON'T SHOW. I EVEN HAD A LOCK BOX ON MY DOOR SO IT WOULD BE CONVENIENT FOR THEM TO COME. I TOLD HIM THAT I WANT IT DONE BY JULY 1ST. I JUST WANT THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE! THEY'VE MISSED LOTS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND HAVE NOT RETURNED CALLS.
