Description of Work: Neat, cleaned up after the job, very respectful of our home, performed the job in a very timely manner, arrived to do the job when they said they would.

Description of Work: They evaluated our garage and basement, tested 3 rooms for type of mold, and cleaned and eliminated the mold. It smells much better in the basement now. They did miss some spots but were very responsive and returned quickly to apply the treatment. While they were expensive, it gave my husband peace of mind that the mold was removed appropriately, for the sake of our two young boys.

They gave us some instruction on how to handle the concerns we had and we received no charge. Description of Work: Evaluated an area of mold in our basement. Recommended removing and replacing the area. However did not do any moisture testing in the area to determine if the wall was wet. Ended up using another contractors advice to clean, dehumidify and observe - no further growth has appeared.

They were very professional, responsive and prompt and made me feel confident of their work that they performed. First air test came back showing some low levels of mold still in the air so they came back and performed another cleaning and an additional air test to ensure it was all gone. Description of Work: We had a mold issue in our attic due to poor and incorrect ventillation. Other quotes we got only included mold remediation, but their quote also included adding vents and correcting poorly ventillated ductwork as well as adding a humidistat. They even cleaned out surface mold they found in our bathroom without charge. Their guys were friendly, professional, prompt, and their work comes with a 2 year gaurantee. Best of all, our attic looks like it never had mold in it at all. Would recommend!
