He was very good. He was very responsive. They came on time and they put the deck together in three days. It was a pretty good experience. Excellent. A very good staff. They did a good job. They didn't play around I mean there was very little conversation between them. They knew what they had to do and they did it. They did everything right. It is solid. they put extra beams in there. They paid attention to the construction of the deck and the quality is good, but you have to spend time to pay attention to detail.

It went so good. When we talked about remodeling our garage, I never imagined that it could end up looking like it does today. It was such a mess, stuff everywhere and so much stuff. Whalen Contracting before they started even moved everything out or to one side prior to starting this nightmare. My husband told them what he wanted as far as the design and that was it. They came here everyday and before we knew it, it was all coming together. Believe me when i say that this job was worth every penny and then some. They put up all new walls because the garage was block which was very cold and drafty and just nasty. A new ceiling was put up first, i believe, then walls , then drywall. The floor had to be grinded as it was concrete and very rough. All the squares that you can see in the pictures were each measured out and taped off after the 3 coats of orange epoxy was applied. Then they painted squares with black exoxy, I think the floor took about 2 weeks to complete. Whalen Contracting suggested that we use t one eleven for the bottom of the walls, which was a great suggestion as you can see in the pictures, how nice they turned out. They put up trim all around the windows, new doors, hung up all the new shelving, new tv. They just went above and beyond what i was expecting. Everything was done by may 5 and we had our first party in this wonderful garage on may 11th. All our friends could not believe it was the same garage. Whalen Contracting did such a great job and i would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very trusting and honest, which to me, is worth everything. They cleaned at the end of each day. So much was done to this garage that i cannot even put it into words so please see the pictures, as they tell it all

MFW Crew arrived on time, removed existing concrete and worked during the rain to set footers the first day, worked the second day to frame the deck. The third day set the flooring and privacy fence while battling weather. Great work. Made changes where necessary. Great crew.

The work was done is such a professional manner. The building is very old but they made it to look like it was just built. I let them have the freedom to do what they thought was best. Not only do they do excellent work but they are very honest. I knew that i would not be ripped off by anything they chose to do. They made suggestions on what should be done and i went right along with them and i am very happy that i did just that.

He returned my call promptly and showed up when he said he would. Gave a good look over the job, took some measurements, asked a few questions. He then made some suggestions and provided me with an estimate shortly after. I chose another company that had an even better deal, but this guy was a contender.

He showed up promptly to perform an estimate, quoted it, and when I gave the go-ahead, performed the work quickly and thoroughly. The estimate was lower than other roofers' estimates that I had obtained, and the job he performed was done better than another roofer that I had used previously. Furthermore, he brought me up to speed about the back history of the house and previous work, and told me what to expect in continuing maintenance over the next few years. I would absolutely use him in the future.
