Jason responded quickly to the Angies List email. We set an appointment for him to look at our project and he was on-time and very helpful to guide us through the process of nailing down exactly what we wanted. He even came back out with samples for us to look at to help with our decision. He was personally involved with each step of the installation. He even suggested adding a longer drain pipe to help remove water from a low spot in the lawn. The project was on budget and would have been completed on-time, but for some persistant rain. We are so happy with our new patio. We highly recommend Kreinbrook Architectual Paving.

Never called back, never sent the estimate. I've been waiting nearly two weeks, have called his office and his cell phone multiple times and have received no answer. Very poor customer service.

He was professional, he showed up when he said he was going to. He came up with different solutions to things on how you stood up to more idea and how you get in to a project. Something that, it can't be that way but he always came up with a good solution. The guys that we've been working with, I felt safe. I trusted them. I just recommended him to a friend of mine who's gonna have them do their wall. I had three other estimates, him and another fellow had the same price. He was on the ball park of another out of the three.

The sidewalk was pitted within 5 months. I brought it to his attention and he said "I am not an expert in this field". Never offered to correct the problem. The sidewalk is a mess. As for the retaining wall, he removed the previous blocks and reused them. Charged me $5500 to re-install. One section of the wall is already leaning out. I would never, ever, use his services again.

We are on day 4 of the project is so far so good. Everything is going along very, very well and they are excellent to deal with. Their quote was changed a lot of times because we keep adding to the job. Their quote was very competitive with another company that gave us an estimate as well. We chose them because Jason, the owner, I thought he had a lot of vision and he added some creative touches and creative ideas to the whole overall plan that I was very impressed with. Anything can happen but so far we are on day 4. They worked through the rain the other day. They show up every morning and they do what they can do depending on the weather and they put in so far 3 and a half full days of work. I am very happy with the progress. There are also two guys working with them and they are all so very, very nice and easy to work with. i have made suggestions and asked questions and they never act like I'm in the way, which I probably am. I have been very, very happy so far and hopefully it will end up with a very beautiful result.

Very pleasant with the overall work. The workers were very punctual. They always cleaned all dirt and dust after themselves after each work day. Very professional. The owner tried to reduce our expenses. Together we reviewed our ideas and made some correction to make the price lower. I would have given B for the price because it was high for us. But we had our patio undone for 2 years and wanted to finish it no matter what. Maybe this price was totally fair since we had another estimate which was twice!!!more expensive for the same work. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with the finished product and the whole experience. Jason, Adam and Dave did a first-rate job from start to finish. From Day #1, Jason was a model example of professionalism. He was incredibly responsive during the planning phase and always punctual. We solicited 5-6 bids (received three) and chose Jason's company based on a couple recommendations and a great experience with Jason during the bid process. Communication is big with me, and Jason definitely proved himself on that front from the very beginning. This was a very complicated project. The series of walls range from a couple feet to in excess of eight feet in areas, and Jason and his team worked in very tight quarters (our yard is not very big). Throughout the process, Jason made excellent suggestions both from a structural standpoint (most important to us), but also very much from a design perspective as well. He has an excellent eye for the details, and his team clearly takes a great deal of pride in their work.Jason and his team showed up every day during the project and kept an extremely clean job site (we had several neighbors - we're in Mt. Lebanon - comment on how impressed they were with how clean they kept the job site). The finished product is even better than we had hoped for, and we look forward to enjoying our backyard now. My wife and I would go out of our way to recommend Kreinbrook Architectural Paving to anyone.
